Demi's pov

After everyone went to sleep I did something that no one knows about I went to the bathroom and put my fingers all the way back my throat.

"My demon's are killing me right now I did the only thing I could do for them to go away "Cut".

" No one knows I still do it I just act so happy everyday and im fine"

"Fattass, just kill yourself,  Kill, Die, cmon Demi you are worthless" My Demons said

"I cant Do this Anymore I Went to Hope's room and I gave her a kiss before leaving

"I grabbed some pills and took like 10 at a time"

"I sat on the shower waiting for it to do affect then selena came in the bathroom, she saw the pills then looked at me"

"She ran to me and quickly put her two fingers all the way back in my throat so I could throw up the pills I took"

" Demi what the fuck were you thinking " she screamed at me

"I cant" "I cant Do this anymore" I said grabbing the pills and running out the room

"DEMI" selena said running after me

"I tripped over and twisted my ankel"

"I took the pills out and quickly put it in my mouth"

Selena ran to me and put her fingers in my mouth so that she could take the pills out"

"No Demi No" She said

"I started crying "

"She carried me to bed"

"My ankel" I said

"She looked at my ankel and said " Demi you twisted your ankel"

"Im sorry selena I just couldn't do this anymore" I said

"Baby never scare me like that again" She said hugging me

"Whats wrong eh" She asked

"Who told you to die?" She asked

"My demons" I anserwd

"She kissed my forehead"

"How did you know I was in the bathroom" I asked

" I had to go to the bathroom then I noticed you weren't in  bed so I went to look for you down stairs and I found you in the bathroom downstairs"she said

"My ankel still hurts You know" I said

"Lets go to the hospital" She said standing up

"I feel Dizzy" I said

I really felt dizzy what the heak

I woke up in the hospital , I saw selena sleeping in the couch with dry tears and nick sleeping in the chair.

"I looked around me and I noticed that You could see all my cuts like ALL of them.

"Selena woke up finally  after 2 hours"

"Demi" She said

"W-what happend" I asked

"Demi you need help" " You are going to rehab again" She said

"What No No im not" I said, I could feel the tears forming in my eyes.

"Demi look at you" She said crying

"I know im ugly" I said

"No Demi your Not" She said
