Mihyun slipped into the car and chewed on her gum as she waited for Taehyung to come out. For a guy, he took a long time to do just his hair, which made the latter absolutely furious, considering she's a girl.
Finally, he came. His hair was messy, so she didn't really get why he took so long doing it. She scoffed and snapped her gum to get on his nerves. He flinched at the sudden noise and was so close to snapping her damn neck. Mihyun saw him in the corner of her eye and smirked, looking out of the window as the car started.
They arrived at their destination and Mihyun quickly got out. She slung her small bag over her shoulders and blew a bubble. Taehyung, seeing his chance to get on her nerves, reached his finger out to pop it. But she only did that to test him, so she sucked it in before he could do anything. He groaned in frustration as they entered the mall.
"Look, I don't want to be here as much as you do, so let's just hurry up and buy this stupid uniform." he said.
"Great. Now, where's the shop?" she asked.
"I don't know. Why are you asking me?"
"Um, you live here."
"Yeah, but I have my peasants buy my stuff." The way he emphasized the word 'peasants' pissed Mihyun off so much, but all she could do was scoff.
"Well, lazy ass, go find it."
"Who are you calling lazy ass? Why don't you go find it? It's your uniform." he scoffed too.
"Fine, I will." she stuck her tongue out and marched off.
"Aish, that girl." he muttered under his breath.
After about half an hour, she finally found the store, Taehyung reluctantly dragging his feet behind her. Mihyun walked around, lightly brushing her hand against the firm fabric as she passed each clothing racks. All of them looked the same, beige blazers and skirts, black knee-high socks.
"Taehyung!" she called out from across the store.
He groaned. "What?"
"Come here!"
"Ugh, what do you want?" Taehyung shuffled over to her, running a hand through his messy hair.
"What do you think I should buy?"
"A uniform." he shrugged.
"Wah, what a great idea! Why don't you go buy a new attitude? Pfft, loser." she sarcastically replied.
He scoffed and shoved his hands into his pockets. "It doesn't really matter. It's not like you actually care about the way you dress." he looked her up and down.
"Oh, please. Your hair makes you look like you just woke up." she motioned to his head. "Including those bags under your eyes."
"Whatever," he squinted his eyes. "Just pick anything. I'm going to get some bubble tea across from the store across this one. Think you can find me when you're done without getting lost?"
"Sure," she said in a flat tone, causing Taehyung to get caught off guard.
'Wow, first, she's accusing me of having bed head, and now she acts like she doesn't care? Is she on her period, or what?' he thought and walked out of the store.
"Kim Taehyung!" Mihyun walked over with two bags.
"You're done already? I'm still in line!" Taehyung asked once she found him.
"I really hate shopping, so I just grabbed whatever was my size and left. Are we done now?"
"Ugh, I wish. Now we have to buy other stuff like school supplies. Did you get your name tag?"
