3 years later

Me and Jacob ( I might start saying jacob now) are still dating and so are the others. And for about 2 weeks I haven't been sleeping and right now I'm at a MB concert on stage with them. They finished number 1 girl right now and was about to start my girl.

( screaming fans)

Demi: I feel dizzy ( she whispered) Jacob

Jacob: (turns around) come here

* right now they are on staged just to let people know*

Demi: ( whispered) I'm going in the back I don't feel that good

Demi goes back stage and meets up with Walter

The boys just finished performing on time and walked back stage and they saw Demi on the floor and run up to her.

I remember that Walter asked me if I was ok and I said i was then I blacked out and now I can hear is jacob voice...

Jacob: Demi please stay with us. If you leave then I don't no what I'm going to do. Please stay for us..... For me.... I love you

I heard everything and apparently I started waking up...

Prince: ( head shots up) OMG DEMI!!!! r u ok and of course I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.... So in that case Demetria Lee -Ann Angle Santiago will you marry me??

Then he showed me the ring

I've gotten out of the hospital 2 days ago me and Jacob were cuddling.

The whole gang came to see how was Demi.

Doctor:( comes in waiting room) family of miss. Santiago?
