Chapter 2 (That Cold Guy)

Lara's POV

This will be my first time to study here. I just moved here 2 months ago. I have no trouble at speaking in Korean since my Korean friend thought me to. Her name is Kylie. The both of us will transfer in XOXO High. It's actually our first day here. I feel like kinda nervous  but I'm not alone so there's nothing to worry about. Mrs.Cheon, our adviser, led us to our room. There are a lot of students here. We get inside. "Good morning Mrs.Cheon" said the students. "Everyone! There a new students who will be your new classmates" She said. "Introduce your selves now" Mrs.Cheon whispered to us. "Good morning everybody! I'm Lara Lim" I introduced then bowed. I could hear giggles from the class. Probably insulting my appearance. Maybe because I'm a nerd? Who cares? I'm here to study. "Hello! I'm Kylie Jung" she introduced then smiled. "Uhhmmmm.....Lara you go sit with Chanyeol. Chanyeol! Raise your hand!" She commanded. I could hear giggles and a groan from the class. Suddenly, a boy with large ears raised his hands. "Go. He is Chanyeol" Mrs.Cheon told me. I just nod my head a little. I went to him. I sit on the chair beside him. I put down my bag. I noticed that he is looking at me. "Hi! You are Chanyeol, right?" I asked to be sure. He is still looking at me, not moving a bit. "Excuse me?" I waved a hand in front of his face. This time, he finally came back to his senses. "Uhhmm.... Hello?" I said once again. He just looked on other direction. Completely ignoring me. Whatever. I took my notebook and copy the notes in the board.

Oh finally! It's break time! I went to Kylie. She still fixing her things. The other students already left. Soon as Kylie's done fixing her things, we go to the two other students here in the room. "Hi! I'm Lara and she is Kylie. We are the new students here. Can we know what's your name?" We introduced then asked. "I'm Keira. Nice to meet you" the girl with the glasses said. "Hi I'm Jia!" She said. OMO! She's so beautiful! I wish I could be pretty as her!

"Wanna go lunch together?" Kylie invited. "Yeah. Sure" Jia approved. We all got out of the room and go to the cafeteria. Kylie and Jia gets the food so it's me and Keira left here. "Hey... why are you so quiet?" I asked. "Nothing..." She said then she showed me her smiled but I could feel that she really have a problem.

"Food is here!" Kylie cheered. "Let's eat!" Keira said. I looked at her again. She seems that something is bothering her. I just shrugged my thoughts off and started eating

Thank goodness!!! I'm done with my homeworks. I stayed here in the library for almost 1 hour. Kylie said that she'll be going first. I got up from my sit and headed to my locker. I put some of my stuffs in. I was walking in the hallway. I suddenly noticed a tall figure walking towards me. I looked carefully. It's Chanyeol! As we're getting closer, he reached in front of me. I was about to go right side so that I can make a way but he go right too. I went left then he go left too. I go on another right, so as him. "Don't move" He said with coldness in his voice. He make his own way on the left. I continued watching him walking away.

Why does he acts cold towards me?
