Chapter 20: (Trip to Jeju) - Part 3

Lara's POV

Being in Jeju is great, really great. As I am talking around the seaside, I heard two people having a chat. Their conversation got me really curious. I can't help but to eavesdrop.  

"You two got really close lately, don't you?" A guy asked.

"Yeah, you better get ready because I'm sure, I'll win that bet" A guy said with his oh so familiar deep voice. The voice got really me curious. I slowly peeked my head to look who it is.

No.

This must not be him.

I fell for him already.

Chanyeol's POV

I sighed at my last sentence. Was it really for the bet?

"Hyung, you're always playing with the girl's heart that's why even now you still haven't find the love of your life" I said then chuckled.

"Says the one who agreed to the bet" Suho said.

"It was more than a bet, Hyung" I said.

"What do you mean? You know, you fall for her, you'll lose" Suho said.

I suddenly heard sobbing which turned my head at the direction where I heard it.

I widen my eyes to see Lara with fluffy red eyes and lookin at our direction. Does she heard everything?

She quickly ran away from the spot she'd been hiding. I was about to chase her but Suho stopped me.

Lara's POV

I came back running to our room while crying.

I knocked on the door and Keira was shocked to see me.

I immediately told her what happened as I was sobbing in her arms. I cried so much that I fell asleep.

I woke up in the living room with a blanket wrapped in me. I looked at the clock and it's already 7:30.

I looked all over the house for Keira but she is nowhere to be found.

I tried looking outside but I don't see her.

The last place I looked was at the park. I tried to find her here but I still cant. Aish, this girl really likes to make me worried.

I was about to head back to home but then I felt two arm tightly hugged me.

I struggle to get out but I immediately stopped when he spoke. "Please, let's just stay like this for a while" A husky deep shaky voice from a man said. I struggled even more as I thought who it was.

"Please, I know you're mad but please listen to me" He said while sobbing. I suddenly got weak and tears start to fill my eyes.

"Suho hyung and I made a deal, he said I should make you fall inlove with me and break your heart. I know it's mean. I know you already fell for me because if you didn't, you wont be like this. But for you to know, the same thing happened to me. After all the memories we made together, I cant just forget it all. I don't want us be apart from each other. When I'm with you, I completely forgot about the bet. I really enjoy my days with I'm with you. I don't care about the bet. I just want to get close to you. You have every rights to ignore and get mad at me but I'm sure I have the rights to tell you what I feel. You are the only person who made me do this. The girls I played with, they are the one whose chasing after me. The time you left a while ago, My heart completely drop. I just felt that you are important to me, that I love you so much" He said while crying. I turned around and hugged him.

After few minutes crying in his chest, there's no tears coming from my eyes anymore. I slowly stepped back, not knowing what I'll say after what just happened. Chanyeol, look how awkward we are because of you.

"Uh..  I-" I was cutted by a pair of lips. I can't help but to kiss him back.

It was slow and passionate. We parted our lips and he looked into my eyes. "Saranghaeyo..." He whispered with his deep voice but I was able to hear it clearly.

I kissed him on the cheek and happily hopping to the hotel. I looked again at him and I guess he was shocked for what I did. As soon as he looked at me, I made finger hearts and wave at him while smiling playfully.
