"It's so nice to finally be waking with you on an evening like this, Ayato." Hinami walked up to the bin and threw away her coffee cup. "Yeah, I guess its cool. I don't go out much." Ayato threw away his coffee cup as well. "That coffee was good," Hinami said with a grin on her face. "What was the name of the stall again?" Ayato paused for a second. "Hmm.. I think it was called Gargar's fried rice or something." Hinami burst out laughing. "Gargar? What kind of name Is that? Isn't that a foreign singer? You know, that one with white hair and terrible fashion sense?" Ayato cracked a smile. "Probably. It might just be the owners last name." Children in the distance were playing tag next to the playground. Ayato looked at them and then turned over to Hinami. "Hey, should we go over to the playground? I think there's swings over there." Hinami looked excited. "I thought you'd never ask! Race you there!" She bolted toward the playground. Ayato shook his head and darted toward her. When they eventually got there, Hinami did a little victory dance. Ayato followed shortly after, panting and sweating. "W-wow.. Hinami... I didnt- I didn't know you were that fast.." Hinami sat on a swing. "Heheh... I won a lot of sport awards when I was younger." Ayato sat on a swing next to her. "Really? What kind of sports did you compete in?" "Well," hinami started. "I started taking basketball lessons when I was 6, but a few years later I quit and went on to participate in running, javelin, and long jump. It was quite fun actually... but then I moved up to middle-school. It's a bit of a shame they don't have any sport clubs there." Ayato glared at Hinami, then looked up into the sky. It was almost night-time. The sky was filled with colours like orange, red and yellow. Hinami closed her eyes and let the breeze brush across her face. After a long silence, Ayato stood up and looked at her. "Well, I'd better be going. My sister Touka is probably waiting for me... She'll be pissed if I don't make it back in time." Ayato picked up his bacpack and slung it over his shoulders. "H-hey..." Hinami paused for a moment."Are you taking the bus back home..?" Ayato smirked. "Well of course I am, dingbat. How did you think I was going to get there?" Hinami giggled a little. "Can I come over for a while? Y'know, play some video games?" Ayato gave a sincere look. "Sure." They both walked toward the bus stop at the end of the street, admiring the sky before it died out and faded to black.
