Mingyu

You were getting ready for you and Mingyu's date. You were going to the city carnival. You have never been to a carnival and you were very excited.

You got dressed in a short sleeve sunflower dress with white converse. You got a blue sweatshirt that Mingyu gave you, and you held it in your arm.

*knock knock knock*

You quickly fixed your hair and opened the door. Mingyu was there smiling. In his hand was a flower.

"A rose for the pretty lady," he said handing it to you.

"Thank you," you blush while taking the rose.

"Damn you look good," he says.

"Thanks! You don't look bad yourself," you chuckle.

You stepped out of your house and closed the door. Mingyu leaned in and pecked your lips. He grabbed your hand and escorted you into his car.

You both arrived to the carnival. Shouts and screams filled the atmosphere. You smelled hotdogs and saw bright colorful light. To your left was a roller coaster along with games. And to your right was the Ferris wheel with food stands.

"Wow!" You say happily.

Mingyu squeezed your hand. You faced him and flashed him a smile.

"Lets go!!!" He yelled. He ran towards the carnival pulling you with him.

"What should we do first?" He asked.

"Well...I'm a little hungry," you said patting your stomach.

"Ok! Let's eat," he said walking towards the hotdog stand.

He ordered the food while you went and saved a table. You looked at Mingyu, you smiled. You played with your fingers.

"How did I become so lucky?" You asked yourself.

"More like how did I become so lucky," Mingyu startled you.

He held his hotdog in his mouth, your hotdog in one hand and a drink in the other.

"Are we gonna share?" You ask.

Mingyu set down the food.

"No this is mine," he said.

You pouted.

"Just kidding, why do think there's two straws?" He said with a duh look on his face.

You laughed at yourself.

"Oh right!" You mentally face palm.

You both ate your hotdogs.

"Okay! Where to next?" he asked you.

"Wherever you want to go!" you said sipping the soda.

"How about he Ferris wheel?" he asked, a small sparkle in his eyes.

"Sure!! And since it's dark, the lights will be even prettier!" You said cheerfully.

"Not as pretty as you," he said.

"Yah! You're so cliche! But it's cute," you laughed.

"Awe you called me cute!" He said jokingly.

You both got in line and then sat in the Ferris wheel seats.

Mingyu rapped his arm around you. You both cuddled. You looked at the lights. You were to focused on them that you didn't notice Mingyu taking a photo of you. You both reached the top. Mingyu turned towards you.

"Y/N?"

"Yes?"

"Can I tell you something?" He asked anxiously.

You felt nervous for some reason.

"I just want to tell you that...you are the best girlfriend ever! I-I love you," he said.

Your eyes widened. He has never said that to you.

"I probably shouldn't have said that— I'm sorry—" he was cut off by your lips.

"Kim Mingyu, I love you too," you said.

A wide smile appeared on his face. He pulled you towards you and kissed you.

"I love you," he said.

"I love you too."
