Cicero eagerly held my hand and dragged me out of the school and to the parking lot. I was like telling him to let go of me for I might trip but he just could not listen. By the time we arrived at the side of his car we were both panting.

“Please don’t do that again,” I said.

“Sorry I got excited,” he unlocked the doors of his car and he get on the driver’s seat while I rode shotgun. He revved up the engine and started driving away from the school.

“Man I really need to get a car,” I sighed wishing my dad had bought me one when I turned eighteen last month. He said he’d buy one for me in Christmas but that was just a plan, I’m pretty sure it won’t happen. “It would be easier to go to school if I had one.”

“Well I could pick you off every morning and drive you home after classes,” I stared at him questioning his kindness. He was too nice that it scared me. What if he wanted something in return? If that happens I will not be able to decline.

“You know you are starting to scare me. You are being too nice to me Cicero. What is up with that?” I asked him hoping he would not say that he liked me and wanted to be my boyfriend.

“Well,” he sighed, “I guess I just really like you Alyson.”

Silence filled in.

“Like as in you want me to be your girlfriend or like as in as a friend?” I asked him.

“Who says about you being my girlfriend? That would be weird, I couldn’t even imagine you kissing me,” he said. I did not know if I should take that in a positive or a negative way.

“I like you as my friend Alyson and besides, I have a girlfriend,” he grinned.

I was surprised that he had a girlfriend. “You have a girlfriend and you are bringing me to your house? Wouldn’t that be weird?” I asked him.

“If we’re not playing Halo it would be weird,” he responded grinning. “Would you want it to be weird?”

“Of course not,” I said, “who is your girlfriend anyway? How did you two meet?”

“Well she is studying in La Belle Academy of Arts,” he said.

“Wow she must be pretty and rich?” I was amazed.

“Yes she is,” he smiled, “and she’s kind of a bitch too. I really wanted to break up with her but she threatens me that she would suicide.” He sighed.

That school is like a school the school for rich and beautiful individuals. You don’t get admitted in that school if you’re just rich, you must be rich and pretty. Sadly the students there are all bunch of whiny spoiled brats. Studying in that school is like being casted in Gossip Girl or Pretty Little Liars. I have an enemy who was studying there and she is a total bitch I hated her so much up until now. Her name was Sidney White. Bryce’s ex-almost girlfriend, they weren’t together but she was trapped in this illusion that they were. I swear if she had any chance she’d make my life a living hell.

“Why don’t you just break up with her and let her die? That would be fun,” I snorted, chuckling.

“I can’t do that,” he frowned.

“I was joking.”

He smiled, “Oh okay then.”

He then pulled over, “we are here.”

He looked at the car window and my eyes widened when I saw his house. It was right next to Bryce’s house. “You live next to Bryce? How come I never knew that?”
