Harry, Ginny, and Hermione traveled from place to place trying to figure out where the next horcrux was. Harry and Ginny were glad they were together where as Hermione was trying to be focused but Ron was still no one to be found and Ron was always on her mind. Ginny tried to help her and it did help for a while but Hermione insisted she would get over it eventually. Harry and Hermione and Ginny tried to put their minds together to figure something out but no use. Their journey continued on though...
After placing protective enchantment charms, They found a safe place to take shelter, which was a area covered with huge rocks placed together beneath their tent. Harry was looking over the surroundings as the sun was beginning to set for the day, Ginny was sleeping inside the tent, and Hermione was wearing the locket while listening to music quietly. Harry eventually walked back inside the tent and sat down across from where Hermione was sitting. Harry knew that Hermione was hurting emotionally and it broke his heart that his best friend was hurting. So he decided to cheer her up a bit, by walking over and asking her to dance. Hermione stood up hesitantly and began to dance with Harry. They danced hilariously to the music playing swiftly in the background as the song drew to a close, the hilarious dancing became serious. They slowed their movements and embraced tightly, then slowing pulling apart from each other, looking deep into their eyes. Suddenly, they heard a gasp, as they jumped apart from one another.
"Is that the Harry Potter dancing with the Hermione Granger? I may faint! Can I have your autograph??"
Ginny said while bursting out in laughter. Harry and Hermione smirked at the remark as Ginny proceeded over to them. They hit her playfully as she continued her laughter. Hermione smiled slightly then faded as she left the two alone. Ginny laid her head upon Harry's shoulder as he embraced her tightly.
Ginny- I feel so bad for Mione. I am going to hex my brother so badly when he comes back.
Harry- I'll pay to see that happen. I am sad for her too, you know. I feel responsible for it.
Harry let go of Ginny and went to sit the cot nearest to them. Ginny sat next to Harry and took his hand, caressing his hand, listening to him intently.
Ginny- What do you mean?
Harry let out a sigh while rubbing his hand over his famous, jaded lighting bolt scar, upon his forehead.
Harry- If I hadn't of pushed him that far, he wouldn't have said all that much. If I just have told him to take it off or if I shouldn't have let him wear it at all.
Ginny- Woah Harry. This is not your fault. Ron knew what he signed up for and what he thought he saw between you and Hermione was utterly ridiculous. He can say how he was worried about our family but we all are, it doesn't mean we can lash out on ones we love. The locket affected him and he chose to pick a fight with you and leave. He did Harry, not you, you were right. Ron didn't have a clue to what he was saying. So please don't you dare think my brother being a git is you're fault because he was born a git and will always be a git sometimes. Okay?
Harry smirked at the last comment and looked into Ginny's eyes.
Harry- I don't know how lucky I am to have someone like you in my life, keeping me going all the time whether it's good times or bad times. Thank you for always being here for me. I love you Ginny Weasley.
Ginny- Thank you for always being there for me as well. I'm lucky I'm here, knowing where you are and if you are okay because I would be constantly worried at Hogwarts right about now. So thank you for always being my rock. I love you too Harry Potter.
Harry slowly leaned in as Ginny met him halfway, kissing his lips tenderly for a moment. As they pulled away, Ginny yawned. Harry smirked and laid down on the cot pulling Ginny down with him.
Harry- Goodnight my love.
Ginny- Goodnight Love.
Ginny fell asleep quickly as Harry tried but could never fall asleep for too long. Harry always had a thousand things running through his head all the time. From where Ron could be to finding horcuxes in time before Voldemort could get to them. It stressed and tore him apart constantly, the glue that pieced him back to together was laying right next to him. Ginny. Harry always knew that she would be there for him and that's what kept him from breaking for good. Harry smiled at the thought of his forever with Ginny, but first they had to stop You Know Who.
