Selena & I talked to the boys for hours. We sat in the chipotle even though we were done eating & talked/laughed for awhile. We got to know them a little better, but for some reason we just couldn't figure out where we knew these boys from. They seemed so familiar but honestly we had no idea. The only things we knew about them were that their names are Zach, Corbyn, Daniel, Jack, & Jonah, they all live in Beverly Hills (so they must be rich white boys), they are all really good friends, Daniel was on American Idol (so he must be a good singer) & they were just passing by our chipotle to eat something after a concert they attended. The oldest one named Jonah, got a call from someone saying they needed to go. I was really sad because I was having a really good time & Daniel was the sweetest boy I've ever met. He kept making me laugh & I really enjoyed talking to him. As we started cleaning our table up, I started to get really anxious. I really wanted to see Daniel again, but I didn't want to be the one to ask for his number. I looked at Selena & she looked at me & we had that telepathic best friend connection. She knew I wanted to see him again but was too scared to ask for his number. The boys walked out first & Selena & I followed behind. We started walking toward the parking lot & I could see all of his friends were whispering & nudging Daniel. I was praying that he would just turn around & ask me for my number. They all stopped by their car which just happened to be the big black escalade with really tinted windows that was parked next to Selena's. Zach made a joke about Selena's parking, saying "I don't even have my license yet & I can park better than that !" Selena started laughing & asked if one of the boys would drive her car out of her parking space since she was having trouble. Jonah offered to help her, & I could tell that Jonah kind of liked Selena. I was getting good vibes ! As the boys turned their attention to Jonah trying to maneuver out of the parking space, Daniel pulled me to the other side of their car.
"I'd really like to see you again Kira, is it okay if I call you ?"
"I know, I had a really great time today, also i'm still really sorry I spilled your food all over you .. but yes of course, here's my number."
As I put my number in his phone I noticed he had A LOT of phone notifications from twitter, instagram, snapchats, & texts.
"Woah you have so many notifications ! Are these from all the other girls you run into at chipotle ? hahah"
"Oh yeah haha i do, but if it was I would stop talking to all of them because you're the most beautiful girl i've ever seen, & I only want to talk to you."
I immediately blushed & returned his phone to him. I saw that his lock screen said "Something Different" on it.
"What does Something Different mean ?"
"Wow, you really don't know, huh ?"
"Know what ?"
Daniel called over all of his friends & said "Guys, they really don't know who we are or what we do."
Jonah said "I knew it, there was no way they could be this calm around us for SO long. They were way too cool."
Zach said "Sorry, we just assumed you guys ran into us on purpose & were crazy stalker fans .."
I looked at Daniel with a confused face & said "Fans ? Fans of what ? Who are you guys ?"
They all turned to each other & said ..
"I'm Jack"
"I'm Corbyn"
"I'm Zach"
"I'm Jonah"
Selena & I turned to each other & were really weirded out. We obviously know their names, we just talked to them ? Daniel looked at me & laughed a little, then said
"I'm Daniel"
& together they all said "& we're Why Don't We !"
"Why don't we what ?"
Selena & I were still semi confused. The name sounded REALLY familiar but we had no idea what was going on. They could tell we were still confused so Daniel started to explain.
"We're a boyband from the LA area. We have 3 ep's out now & we're going on an 18 city tour soon. We have like 1 million followers on instagram & are friends with that really famous youtuber logan paul ?" Daniel then pulled out his phone & showed us their instagram.
Selena & I looked at each other like what the hell did we just get in to. I was actually really happy though because that means this boy is famous & he thinks i'm beautiful ?! Wait, I think I know where I remember them from now ...
"Wait a second, did you guys perform at raging waters the other day?"
"Yeah ! We did !"
"OH MY GOSH. Selena & I were there & we thought you guys were pretty cute but we couldn't quite catch your band name. Wait that's so sick, you guys are in like an actual band & everything ? That's insane !"
"Yeah we all met on social media remember ?"
"Well yeah, we remember you guys saying that but we thought you'd be one of those youtuber boys or something hahah !"
"Well, we do dabble in the youtube .."
I was lowkey freaking out ... I can't believe we actually ran into these famous boys by chance ! I thought my luck was drying out as I ran into a really adorable boy embarrassing myself, but he's so cute & sweet & he can sing ?! Oh my gosh I'm swooning. Zach pulled out his phone because he got another call.
"Yo, our manager really needs us to be back in LA before 7, we have to go guys."
We all looked at each other & I started hugging them all goodbye saying it was really nice meeting them & I hope we get to see them soon. I purposely saved Daniel for last, & as I went up to him he gave me the best hug ever.
Then he said "I'll call you tonight ?"
"I'll be waiting for it .."
"Oh wait, before you go, let's take a picture !"
Then he pulled out his phone & opened snapchat, where he again had me add myself & then he posted me on his story. I was so sad yet so happy because I think I just met the love of my life.
