The Confident Misfit

Skye has always been the confident girl. The whole school envied her and the lucky ones became her friends. Her confidence radiated wherever she went, making people instantly like her just like that. Skye is used to receiving loads of attention even by people she barely knows. Leaving her town is hard, and it becomes harder after the closest person she could rely on spills the truth about her feelings. Devastated, she transfers to the high school of her dreams, only to find out that people are just as confident as her, if not more. Instantly, she goes down the social ladder and finds herself in a dark place. 

But with no one to catch her fall, her life is not going to be the cakewalk she hoped for.

Okay, here are some things that I'm not going to do in this story

1.) I will not make the romantic chapters in the last few chapters of the book. Honestly, I hate when that happens, so why should I do it?

2.) I have no idea when I will update. Hopefully, it will be weekly, but we'll see. Don't ask me when I'm going to update, cause if I don't know, I can't really tell you,  now can I?

3.) If you are here for a funny story, you did not come to the right place. Sure, I'll add humor here and there, but as for a funny story, it won't be. So if you're a little sensitive or just don't like some sad parts in a story, I suggest you don't read it. But hey, if you want to give it a shot, I'm not stopping you. 

4.) If there are typos, let me know in the comments but please don't make it a big deal. And also, I would appreciate it if you didn't leave mean comments either. 

5.) Well, other than that, I hope you like my book and all. Geez, I sound so serious. Sorry, I'm not usually this serious. Enjoy!
