Kensington 'Kenzie' Madden was admitted to Ashwell House just over a year ago. Ashwell House is an instiution which 'helps' those with psychotic tendencies. So in Kenzie's words, it's a nut house. Daniel Warren is sent undercover by his father the chief of police to earn his place at the acadomy and get to the bottome of Ashwell House' hidden antics. He is asigned to keep watch over Kenzie, when told about her case and her reason for being at Ashwell he's a little reluctant to even talk to her. However the more time he spends at Ashwell with not just Kenzie but with the other residents he realises that there might be some truth to their whispers, that they're not crazy at all.
