Luke is the best boyfriend ever. He is so sweet and kind. We have been dating for 6 months. Tonight is our anniversary and he is taking me out to a fancy restaurant. I have nothing to wear so I called Mali Koa and asked her if she wanted to go shopping and she said yes so we are leaving at 1:00. So I have a half an hour to get ready so I curl my hair and put on my makeup. Then I get dressed I put on a tank top, shorts and converse. The I hear a honking sound outside. I grab my purse and hurry out to the car. Luke gave me money to pay for the dress but I am going to pay for it with my own money.
~~~~~~At the store~~~~~~~~~~
We walk around the store for 20 minutes and then I see it. It was a red dress and it was tight. "Mali." "Yeah?" "What do you think about this?" " Its gorgeous!? She shouted." Go try it on." She pushed me into a dressing room. I put it on and I automatically love it. So I step out of the dressing room to show Mali and her facial expression was priceless. "DANG!! That dress looks amazing on you Nyla." I blush. "Thank you." So we go up to the counter to pay and I pull out my wallet and Mali gives me this look. "What?" "Didn't Luke give you money to pay for the dress." "Maybe." I smile innocently. She shakes her head at me and laughs.
~~~~~Back at the house~~~~~~~~~~
Luke will be picking me up in an hour so I have Mali help me with my hair and makeup and then I put on my dress and put on a pair of red heels. "Wow! Luke is going to be so happy when he sees you! You look stunning Nyla." "Thank you for helping me." "That's what friends are for." I give her a hug and then the door bell rings "Go get him girl." I walk down the stairs and open the door to see Luke. He is wearing a tux. "Wow Nyla you look gorgeous." "You don't look to bad yourself." We both laugh. We get in the car and head to the restaurant.

We are both having a fabulous time. Luke says " Nyla I have something to ask you." He gets all nervous. Then he gets down on one knee. That's when the smile appeared on my face. "Nyla, will you marry me?" The ring was huge! It must have cost a fortune! "Yes!!" He puts the ring on my finger and we finish dinner the smiles never leaving our faces.

We got home and we both laid down and Luke pulled me into his chest. " How did I get so lucky. I love you so much Nyla." " I love you too Luke." "Just think soon you will be Mrs Nyla Hemmings." "Yeah I am so excited." He laughs. " I am glad I can make you happy. You are stuck with me for the rest of your life. "I wouldn't want to be stuck with anyone but you." He kisses my lips "Good night Mrs Hemmings." I smile. "Good night Luke."
