A Wild Ride

Chapter 1

                        Ashlyn's POV

"Hey bro, they're here"
I listen to the muffled noises of people moving around inside. It's hard to hear what else is being said over the sound of the screaming fans behind us. I glance back with raised eyebrows then look back at Blu standing next to me. She gives me a warm smile. She's the reason we're even here, at the team 10 house. When she told me about meeting this Spanish boy online, I was a bit sceptical, but after seeing how much effort he put in with all the skype calls and messages the past 9 months, I can really see how much he cares about her. "Don't worry Ash, you'll love it I promise" Blu gives me a reassuring squeeze on the arm. I nod and shift my duffle bag from one hand to the other impatiently. "Emilio, you got this, just take a deep breath" I giggle and look at Blu who holds back her laughter. I guess they don't realize how thin the door is. All of a sudden the door flings open. I take a step back, startled. I recognize the inside immediately from the videos Blu showed me. I've never actually watched any of their videos until Blu introduced me to them. Emilio stands in front of us holding a beautiful bouquet of roses. Blu's face fills with happiness. Before she has a chance to say anything Emilio brings her into a big hug spinning her around. I look past them more into the house, and see Jake vlogging the special moment. I stand there awkwardly, suddenly self conscious of my appearance. He makes eye contact with me, giving me a little wave. I smile back, not sure what else to do. After Emilio and Blu are finally done with all the PDA, Emilio finally invites us in. "Welcome to the team 10 house!" Emilio says with his cute Spanish accent. I can see why Blu likes him so much. He gives us a quick tour of the house (even though we both already know what it looks like anyways) Jake and I have a proper greeting, him pulling me into a hug. "Do you mind being in the vlog for a quick sec?" "Sure" I say, though I'm a bit nervous knowing all the subscribers he has. He introduces me to the vlog, making jokes about me being his new girlfriend. I laugh shaking my head a little uncomfortably. In all honesty I've never found Jake all that attractive, but I know he's just doing it for the vlog. When he's done he looks at me. "I can already see it," looks off into the distance, pointing, "the title will be 'Do I have a new girlfriend?!' " I laugh again. "Man you love clickbaiting don't you?" He moved his camera from one hand to the other. "Views baby" he smirks at me just as the doorbell rings. "I'll get it!" Yells Nick who just came out of the garage. Just as he opens the door I hear a loud banging noise coming from upstairs. "Ah you little shit heads!" Jake goes bounding up the stairs three at a time. I quickly follow him. When we reach the source of the banging my eyes grow huge...
