I ran to the nearest town, I knew if they caught me they would kill me and the magic would be lost forever. I looked at the town most of it was dark but I saw one light with an open window, I slowly crept towards it when I looked in I saw a man holding his wife they where looking into a crib smiling happily and I could tell this was there first baby. The wife said something and they left for a moment I knew they'd be back soon and that I needed to hurry and hide but something told me to go to the window. I walked slowly towards it and leered down, inside was a tiny baby girl with golden blonde hair and blue eyes the color of the ocean. She could only be a few days old but yet she smiled to me ltrying to lift her arms up to touch me. I couldn't help but smile at her actions she was adorable and that's when it hit me why I was here. I was going to die but the magic was not this tiny girl in the craddle was the next. I slowly lifted my hand in putting it over her heart and slowly muttered," You've protected me now proctect this child." And with that I left.
