11)The maskmen

A week passed,i was having quite a great time after some unexpected events,my pal dennis and his family has been so good to me,very welcoming and I am actually surprised to hear nothing about the maskmen or any government person searching for me.It was actually so weird that the tension which was there a week ago is now almost dissolved.But cinematic scenes doesn't just happen in movies that's true,couple of police cars came in the morning,mr.sheff called me to my phone I was in my little house,he told me to stay calm and watch out the police are here.As I peeped through my window I saw mr.sheff clearly containing the situation,ofcourse he is a retired marine after all,they asked him few questions and saw them getting into his house,but they never came near my place,i was just looking through the window with my backpack on ready to flee back into the woods.Those cops eventually left the scene.I felt relieved,hours passed I waited for mr.Sheffield to call me,he did eventually and I went to the main home,and both dennis and his mom looked quite intimidated by seeing cops,they looked frightened,and Sheffield asked me to sit on the chair and started saying'Son,it seems somehow they cops feel that you could have ended up only here as they interrogated your parents,friends about you,so they asked us to turn you in whenever we find you,dont worry son but be ready to run away if the time comes,dont ask me where but they said it's matter of national security,i feel like it's better you end up the government people they will protect you from these mask men trust me'.As he finished that sentence as I started speaking in a low tone,'Mr.sheff i dont know,i can't surrender to either of them,i would think about turning myself to government but the reason I got out and risks I took don't make any sense,my dad told me that the government isnt safe at all,they have people who support the mask men,so id better chose running away sir,i have put you in a lot of trouble'i cried.The whole family was trying to calm me down but I broke into tears and despite their requests I went back to my little house and packed all my stuff into my back pack and through the window I could see them arguing with each other and I was really feeling guilty that I have caused a family trouble,i decided to sneak away without informing,just when i was about to get into the woods,which was right at back of the house I heard police cars again and this time they have different suits,they started arguing with Mr.sheff and pointed guns at him,i felt devastated and those men had something at the back of their necks they all at once suited up their masks on their faces and hurt Mr.sheff and got him on his knees,then all of a sudden Dennis called my phone and shouted 'Get the f*** out of here man,dad said he never saw you here if they find you now they will kill him,if they don't find out things will be just as before...go away man,now!I carefully sneaked out of that place and it was getting darker,after a 10minute walk I was just getting to nowhere,i was alone in the dark,heard that there are no wild animals around this suburb,but man I worked in army,got out soon,they called me unfit,i dont know why all these crazy thoughts coming up to me now.It was getting so dark,that I'm getting a little nervous,i heard crazy sounds,wolfs howling,i got no torch,i could light my phone but that would only bring me more trouble,i went on and on,then I found an abandoned house,i rested there,it was bad and all webby with spiders all around,but I got no way out,rested and after a half sleep and I started walking it was 6am in the morning and I was totally exhausted and I saw a house nearby,this seems to be a town or something I dont know,i just went in.
