Just as me and Lexx got home we washed, slipped on our pj's and lay in bed.. I was about to fall asleep when my phone kept buzzing, but nobody was calling.
"Mmmh, wonder who that is - probably your boyfriend- oh oops.. I mean Dante. Your boyfriend would kill you if he found out you were talking to other guys, Just saying " Lexx pointed this out because she was looking out for me. oh yes I never told y'all, I have a boyfriend named Andre who is very abusive...very. "It's not like there's anything happening with me and Dante, we are just friends. Now let me read this message in peace please." I opened my phone to five messages
Messages read:
#1: Hey it's me... Dante from sundown. Remember :) 1:05 AM
#2: Um. How are you? Hope I am not waking you up lol! :) 1:05 AM
#3: Have sweet dreams if u sleeping 1:05 AM
#4 Text me when I can kik you 1:06 AM
#5 Can I call you?
I decided to read them aloud so Lex could hear.
"Aww, cute but be careful girl" Lex warned again. "Yea I will, now." I guess I should respond.
Response : Yeah call me now :D 1:07 AM
Typing.. 1:07 AM
Him: Sure, okay! 1:07 AM
1 second later
My phone started ringing.
"H-Hey" I say nervously for some odd reason "Hi". This just got awkward so fast. "So, what you doing?" He asks with a sweet and voice, it's so soothing, I could just fall asleep right now from hearing it "You there?" Lexx hits me to wake me up from my thoughts "Yes, yes I'm here, sorry. And I'm just laying here in bed, you?" I spoke pretty fast " Same this side. Whoa slow down Jess why you so nervous?" He laughs on the other side and oh how perfect his laugh is ♡_♡ "It's uhh. nothing." I laugh at myself "Okay,haha, Well Goodnight and sweet dreams!" He spoke lower than usual "G ' Night Dante. "
he hung up
Not too long after he hung up i received a goodnight text, I smiled softly but that smile vanished and turned to a frown when i remembered Andre.
Again i found myself staring at the walls thinking about him. After an hour of these thoughts of him and his voice i finally fell asleep.
This Chapter is super super short but there's more coming!!
