The next day was like always, Axel made breakfast then went out on a morning run. Sage was sitting on the couch watching "insert any t.v show/movie/anime/etc.* and texting one of her only friends, candy. Candy was a basic gossip girl so sage kept a lot of things from her. While waiting for her phone to buzz she got up to get her sweatshirt from her room while walking she noticed axel's bedroom door was open. Sage hadn't been in there since the incident with Axel a few weeks ago. "I wonder what he keeps in there." She then did what she had never done before,she began snooping. She opened his closet but only found a few dress shirts and pants. She then looked in his night stand and found a lighter and cigarettes "I didn't know he smoked,no wonder his teeth are yellow." She then put the lighter and cigarette pack back into the drawer and was about to leave when something caught her eye,it was a small book under his bed. When she picked it up it the cover read in pretty cursive "Axel's journal." Sage snickered to herself "he writes in a journal, that's adorable." When she opened it,it was written in the same cursive as on the cover. she then turned the page and it had a bunch of scribbles on it. In the mess of scribbles read ''just tell her." Sage immediately smiled at the words because she knew what it meant,Axel had a crush on someone. Sage got excited because she thought he was a lonely and he liked it that way. Then sage read another phrase in the mess of scribbles "she'd never like me back, get over her, it'll never happen!" Sage looked over the page when she heard the front door open. "KID IM HOME!" She heard him call from the living room. "Fuck fuck fuck!" She said throwing the book down and running out of his room closing the door on the way out. "Hey Axel!" How was your run?" She said hoping he wouldn't be suspicious. "Umm, ok? Why do you ask hun?" Sage was taken aback by this nickname but didn't question it. "Oh I'm just checking on my favorite guy." Axel blushed hard at this. "F-f-favorite? Im y-your favorite?" Axel stuttered. Sage giggled a little seeing him like this was always funny. "Yes, you are my favorite guy, so sweet , so funny, so...sexy." she whispered walking toward him and burying his head in his neck. "W-whoa whoa whoa kiddo! Let's calm down now!" He said backing away, blushing more. Sage laughed really loudly " relax dude, I'm fuckin with ya, tho you are sweet and funny." Axel exhaled loudly, almost relieved. ("God I want her so bad!") Axel then smiled and walked into his room. "God I hope he doesn't notice anything out of order."
