"Sorry. I've only heard her say it once and it didn't have any reflection on the situation." Athena says. "But thanks for letting me know momo says hi.""Not a problem. But I'm just curious as to why she said that."
"Hanzo?" Mercy calls out, walking up to the two. "Did you change the bandages?"
"Yes. Why?"
"That's what I thought. I was just making sure. They way they were done seemed like your handiwork." She says and walks away.
"That reminds me. Have you ever seen the Dragon?" Hanzo asks.
"No." She says.
"Not him but the tattoo of him."
"Tattoo. I only know of the anniversary date, that's it." Athena says.
"Right. I see. Thank you. If need be, I'll come find you."
"Alright." Athena sets off to Melody whose being teased about how small she is by Junkrat and how adorable her size is by Reinhardt.
RoadHog remained silent. He stares at her for a long time, as if he's thinking about something concerning her. He then speaks. Yet strange enough, his voice doesn't startle her.
"Is your mother's name Renee?" He asked.
Melody stares at him for a moment, pondering. She then spells out his real name.
'Maiko?'
"It is you." He says excitedly. "I haven't seen you since you were a kid. It's okay if you don't remember but I was one of your mom's biker buddies."
Melody pointed her index finger at herself, then her head, then her eye, before pointing at his pig tattoo.
"Wait a minute. You knew her when she was a kid?" Junkrat asks RoadHog.
"Yeah. Like I said. She was really young at the time. By time I left and went about my own way, she was about eight or nine if I'm remembering it right." He says. Hanzo smiled. Happy knowing that she at least had another friend here. Though he knew Lúcio, D.Va, and Tracer won't stop until they've become friends.
Hanzo begins to think about all that she's been through and what she will go through. Perhaps she doesn't want any more friends? Maybe she just wants to be left alone, or worse. Hanzo felt odd at this moment, like something inside is changing. Her eyes are dropping and then they turn gold.
"Here's a fun fact." The Dragon say, turning towards Hanzo, as do the others. They all wonder what he's saying now. "Do you ever feel that moment of happiness or excitement? Well one other thing the orb can do is show that. The outside barrier glows a bright color whenever it happens. Pink for love, light blue for excitement, grey for sadness, and light green for happiness. Whenever you feel odd about something, it shines a bright, blinding white. Think about it the next time a funny feeling comes along."
Not too long after, Melody's eyes returns back to the hazel ones he knows best, she seemed baffled at first but remains calm as Athena tells her that the Dragon talked to them. But as soon as Athena began telling her what he said, Melody raised her hand to stop her. Melody didn't want to know. To leave it where it may.
Athena respected her choice and didn't say another word. Melody then walked away. She's acting out every time he's come around and spoke to us, Hanzo thought to himself as he watched her leave.
Hanzo follows her outside by a tree. She leans against the tree, shoulders slump.
"Melody." He calls her name. She turns around quickly. "Forgive me. I did not mean to startle you. Though I would like to talk with you, if I may."
