Hazel Eyes // Max Mills fanfic

Blake's POV:

"BLAKE" my brother Josh yells and I jump up.
"What?" I rub my eyes and try to wake myself up before more yelling.
"You have all your stuff packed?" He asks.
"Yep.." I reply and sit up. "You just can't wait to get rid of me can't you" I ask my idiotic brother who's looking out the window for my ride.
"I'll take that as a yes" I already knew the answer and got up.
Josh left my room a few minutes later. Probably to look out the other window.
I lock the door and shut my window before grabbing an outfit and quickly putting it on.
I never wore makeup, I didn't like how it looked with my green eyes and my brown long wavy hair.
Before I could pick up my bag my brother yells "Blake your ride is here!"
I grab my bag and slide my shoes on before walking down the hall to the door where my brother happily stands next to his girlfriend.
"I'll miss you so much" Josh's girlfriend, Jasmine fake smiles and acts like she cared about me.
I don't say anything back and Josh gives me a death glare. "I'll miss you too jasmine.." I grit my teeth and lie to her face.
Jasmine was about to say something to me but Josh interrupted and said "Ok.. so this is Mrs Mills, she's gonna be taking care of you for a few months while Jasmine and I go on a cruise" Josh finishes and gestures to Mrs Mills standing by the door.
"Be careful with the little thing she's evil" Jasmine says and sticks her tongue at me.
I flip jasmine off and Josh says "ok well bye Blake"
"No I'm not done with–" jasmine starts but Josh whispers something to her and she stops.
"Have fun at the cruise" Mrs Mills says sweetly and walks outside.
I pick up my bag and follow her.
We get in the car and drive for a few minutes silently until Mrs Mills speaks up.
"Hi Blake" she says.
"Hi mrs mills"
"Oh please, call me Sara" Sara smiles.
"Okay, soo Sara how far is your house from here?" I ask her.
"About an hour drive" Sara answers me.
"Oh okay" I nod and look out the window.
"Do you wanna talk or listen to music?" She asks me.
"Umm either one is fine"
"Okay, I want to get to know you since we have a bit" Sara laughs a little.
"Ok" I find myself laughing along.
We talked for a bit and I told her vaguely about myself and she did the same.
I basically told her that my name is Blake... ya I'm a girl, my parents wanted another boy like josh.
I guess it doesn't matter because my dad left us and my mom died when I born.
I didn't tell her about my parents or how Josh basically raised me for a while until he turned twenty three which was a month ago.
He didn't really raise me, I raised myself he was just supposed to be there, instead he was always flirting with someone he didn't have a chance with.
I'm turning fourteen in a few weeks and I like to draw is what I told Sara.
I was thinking of all the things I could've told her for a while until the car stops by a nice house.
"This is the house you'll be staying for a while" Sara says and parks the car.
I hop out and look around me. "Woah" is what escapes from my mouth as I looked around.
Sara walks inside and I follow.
As I walk in my leg is attacked by a little blonde girl.
"Hi" she squeaked and smiled. 
"Hi" I reply.
"I'm Tilly!" She twirls around.
"Hi Tilly, I'm blake" I tell her.
"Blake can we play princesses?" She asks.
"Maybe another time" I answer and she skips away.
I see another little kid with blonde curly hair, they looked similar so I assumed they were siblings.
Great. I'm living with little kids 
"Your room is upstairs, I'll have Max show it to you in a minute" Sara says.
I look over at the little blonde boy.
That must be Max
"Hi Max" I walk up to him and smile.
"Im Leo.." is all he says and stares at me a second before walking away.
"Ok" I mutter.
So that means there's more little kids
"Max come here!" Sara calls whoever Max is for the fifth time.
"Coming!" I hear a voice say before Sara yells
"Blake can you please come to the kitchen?"
I find the kitchen and Sara.
"Max is going to show you to your room while I make dinner" Sara says and smiles as someone comes downstairs.
Woah
That's when a tall, brown haired, hazel eyed, cute guy comes up to us.
"Yeah Mum?" Hazel eyes says.
"Can you show Blake where her room is?" Sara asks
"Yeah," Hazel eyes turns to me. "Hi" he says.
"Hi" I reply staring into his eyes.
"Hi" he says again.
Don't fall for him
Remember last time you fell for someone.
"You already said that Hazel eyes" I laugh a little
He laughs a little. "Hazel eyes?"
"Yep, you have hazel eyes" I tell him and laugh a little more.
"I know, it's just cu—funny" he nervously laughs and starts walking upstairs, me following behind.
"What were you saying?" I ask as we reach the top of the stairs.
"Oh um nothing" Hazel eyes lied terribly.
"Ok" I don't question him and he shows me my room. "Woah" I say to myself as I look at my new room. 
Hazel eyes chuckles before saying "what's so woah?"
"This room" I laugh a little.
"Oh" he says.
"Yeah, it's pretty cool. Right Hazel eyes?" I ask him.
"I have a name ya know" Hazel eyes laughed.
"I know.. it's Hazel eyes" I laugh.
"It's also Max Luca Mills" he chuckles.
"Alright Max Luca Mills" I say.
"Just Max" he laughs.
"Alright Just Max" I tease him.
"Max"
"Max?"
"I like Hazel eyes better" I laugh.
"Ok......Blake-bear" he smirks.
"Not that name" I tell him and he laughs.
"Blake-bear" he smiles and gets closer to me.
I shake my head no and he says "your cute" as he gets closer to me.
"I know" I laugh and lie.
He presses me against the wall and is about to kiss me when I whisper. "Guess what"
"What?"
"I want you..." I pause and Max's eyes widen. "To back away from me and leave my room" I finish smirking.
"Your mean" he pouts.
"Your nasty" I tell him.
"Your adorable" he says.
"I know" I put my hand on his chest and start to push him a little towards the door.
He walks backwards and looks at me.
"Im glad you moved here" he says as I gently push him to the door.
"Me too"
He stands by the door "you—" he starts to say before I shut and lock the door with him on the outside of it.
"Night Blake-Bear!!" He yells through the door.
"Night Hazel eyes" I yell back before collapsing on my bed and falling asleep.
I won't fall for him
