Jealousy; Chapter 5

( A/N; Hi! I'm not going to use caps this time because my pinkie hurts from holding the shift key too much. Abup! Shush.. I don't like using Caps Lock at all. Screw it.. I FRREAKKKIIIINNNNGGGG HHHHAAATTTTEEEE MMMAAAARRRIIIIIAAAAA!!!! And Ein.. )

Maria's P.O.V;

'I couldn't sleep the best last night. All I could remember before going to bed was a quick round around the park and then being hit by something.. Dottie slept well though, she kept shifting around which kept me awake aside from thinking about Aaron all night. It was.. strange. I never did this before.'

I heard them through the wall, having fun.. laughing.. It made me incredibly jealous. I think Aaron deserves to be with someone who understands him, not a stupid human. Every time I look at her.. she's repulsive.. disgusting..

'These thoughts flooded my mind and I had no idea what was going on..'

"Maria? Would you like some breakfast?" Dottie cheered, right in front of me. I never noticed..

"O- oh. Sure," I smiled, accepting Dottie's offer. 

My brown and blonde hair draped over my shoulders as I exited our bedroom and saw Dottie in standing in front of the stove, cooking some eggs, and another pan with some bacon sizzling inside of it. Our room was fairly nice ( probably a lot like Aaron's ) and Dottie had already messed up the pillows on the couch which were now sprawled across the ground. 

"O~kay, breakfast is ready!" She told me, setting down a plate of bacon and eggs on the bar counter and placing a glass of orange juice next to it seconds after. 

"Thanks, Dottie. I really appreciate it." I say, flashing a fake smile. It was meant to be real but.. it felt fake..

I didn't really mind Dottie.. Blaze was into her already and she only thought of Aaron as her high school Alpha. Therefore, she was good in my book. Same thing with the other girls. It was only Aphmau that ruined everything.

 'What was I thinking? I find Aphmau pretty.. she was always so nice in high school.. Anyway, I finished my breakfast in a flash and told Dottie I'd be heading down to the rides early. She nodded happily and said she'd be down in an hour or so. My eyes were a strange colour of emerald green.. different from before.. It was probably just the mirror.'

No.. I'm going to invite Aphmau.. yeah.. that'll give me a chance..

'I wasn't thinking that was I? I'm confused..'

I'll go over now.. that should be fine..

'What am I planning to do? My thoughts are blurry and weird.. I can't even control what I'm doing anymore..'

Aphmau's P.O.V;

I heard a knock on the door. Curious to see who was up this early I shuffled my way to the door, already fully dressed and ready, I opened the door to find Maria at the front door. A devilish smile plastered across her face. 

"Hey Aphmau," She licked her lips.

"O- oh, hi Maria! What're you doing up this early?" I asked, yawning a bit. Aaron still wasn't up.

"Stuff.. I was wondering if you'd like to go the rides early." Maria tilted her head a bit.

"Oh.. er.." I looked at her, my brows furrowing a bit.

"Please?" Maria pleaded with some puppy dog eyes.

"Fine! I can't ignore those puppy eyes!" I gave in, scribbling a note for Aaron.

                   'Dear Aaron,

That's a bit formal isn't it? Sorry. I'm off to the rides early with Maria. See you soon.

Love, Aphmau.'

"Okay, we can go now!" I added, sweetly. 

Maria grinned widely, "Perfect."

Time Skip; ( This is when Aaron wakes up. By now Aphmau and Maria have been on a couple of rides. )

Aaron's P.O.V;

"Morning Aph.." I yawned, waking up to see she wasn't there. "Hm.."

I got up, wiping my eyes, still not fully conscious from my sleep. A yellow sticky note was set down on the counter, pointing a bit upwards. ( because that's what sticky note practically always do ) It had explained that Aphmau was with Maria on some early rides. 

"Oh.. May as well join them." I sighed. 

Not caring much, I got dressed into my purple vest and shorts and ignored the unused kitchen calling me to make breakfast. 9:34.. the digital clock next to the sink read. I walked down the hotel lobby and into the fresh air. I started searching around the park.

Maria's P.O.V;

"That was so much fun!" Aphmau cheered squeakily, clapping her hands.

We were now sitting on the dock where we had originally arrived on the island. 

"Yeah.." I was now quite tired looking.. my eyes were cold.

'Why am I doing this? I don't even want to..' 

"Hey Aphmau, I have a question."

'What question? No I don't..'

Aphmau nodded, "Shoot,"

"I've heard some rumours fly around that you couldn't swim.. Is that true?" 

'What? No I haven't.. what's going on?'

"Huh? Oh.. yeah.. I can't.." She paused, "But Aaron's been teaching me! I haven't made much progress though." Aphmau stopped to take a quick breath.

'I never knew that.. so that's what Aaron was doing..'

"Interesting.." I scoffed, a bit mad she even mentioned the name Aaron around me.

"Is.. everything okay?" She asked me, concerned.

"Yes.. everything is fine.." My smile growing wide.

'What am I doing?' 

My hand lifted just an inch pressing against Aphmau's back lightly.

No one's P.O.V;

Aaron was searching around, approaching the dock he saw Aphmau and Maria sitting down. Maria's hand was resting on Aphmau's back. It was a pure coincidence.. Aphmau was pushed off the dock by Maria, struggling in the water, bubbles from above her, she wasn't visible.. all you could see was the shadow of the water. Aaron's eyes grew wide as she didn't swim up for breaths. With all he had, Aaron sprinted towards the water, diving in. Unfortunate memories from Love~Love Paradise came back when Aaron first learned she couldn't swim.. Maria looked utterly terrified and even though she had a small glint of evil in her now green eyes, tears began to form in them. The waters from above looked clear but below they were murky, making it hard to see..

( A/N; WILL APHMAU SURVIVE!? WHO KNOWS!? I'm not as brave as George. I can't kill off main characters. Lol, I feel like this chapter was somehow confusing.. like.. really confusing.. BUT PROPS TO YOU IF YOU COULD UNDERSTAND IT! WOWIE A TOTAL OF 1060 WORDS! )
