( A/N; Hey. I'm really sorry again for not updating. I've just been very stressed with a lot of stuff and it's just been emotionally and physically frustrating. Shout out to CrystalXStudios for creating some pretty amazing stories and making me cry like a little baby. This will probably be a short chapter like last time.. )

No one's P.O.V;

It had been only yesterday that Aphmau was pushed off the dock and Maria had gone missing. Sylvanna had been made aware of the incident as well as the rest of the pack. Zane, Lucinda, Garroth, Melissa, and Kim had yet to know of it.

Aaron was cuddling Aphmau on the couch, who was silently staring into space. Aaron tapped Aphmau's shoulder, snapping her back into reality. She looked up at him, expecting him to say something, which he did.

"Are you okay to head to the park for rides?" He asked, concern laced into his voice.

"I'll be fine!" Aphmau's voice shook a bit not convincing Aaron very much.

"Babe, tell me the truth." He frowned.

"I'm a bit hot," She stopped to look at Aaron before he could speak, "In both ways, particularly temperature wise."

Aaron chuckled lightly and lifted his hand to Aphmau's forehead. It was much warmer than it should have been. "Aph, I'm not letting you go to that park today."

"Why not!?" She replied, squirming around a bit.

"Because, you have a fever." Aaron looked down at her.

"I do not!" She snapped, desperately holding back a sneeze and succeeding.

Aaron got up, walking over to a medical bag he had pulled out last night. He rummaged through it for a while before pulling out a thermometer. Marching back over to Aphmau, he placed the thermometer into her mouth slightly, holding it there for about ten seconds. He pulled it out, her temperature reading 103.7. ( A/N; Sorry if that's incorrect. I'm Canadian and I use Celsius. )

"See?" Aaron raised an eyebrow.

Aphmau sneezed like a little kitten. Aaron laughed a bit and picked her up bridal style and brought her into their room, plopping down on the sprawled out duvet and rolling her up like a burrito.

"Stay like that potato. I'm going to make you some soup." Aaron grinned, and left with a wink.

"Argh! I don't have a fever!" Aphmau yelled rolling around on the bed failing to escape from the blankets, sneezing again. "Nevermind.." She sneezed again, feeling miserable.

Aaron's P.O.V.;

I pulled out a pot and one of those instant, "just add to water" chicken noodle soup packets. I would have made her something much more formal but since we're very limited to what we brought food wise and are stuck to frozen pizzas, restaurants, and spaghetti noodles, I had no choice. I filled the pot halfway with water and heated it up until it came to a boil. I then added the packet of noodles and the "chicken". It's obviously fake.

Aphmau had stopped squirming around, which was good. She was turned on her side and looked to be just barely awake from the small view I had from the doorway.

The soup was done so I just poured it into a bowl, took a spoon and grabbed a Poopsi™ from the fridge. Slowly, as to not spill the soup, I set it down onto the bedside table along with the Poopsi™.

"Get well," I adjusted little burrito baby into an upright position, and I took her arms out of the duvet burrito and handed her the soup.

( A/N; Again, I'm really sorry for not updating as I said I stressed out and this chapter is short again which I am disappointed in myself. But I was with my girlfriend yesterday and I rolled her into a burrito baby so this is was partly based off that. I'm no longer lonely, wink. )
