Armin was sitting with his friends at a circled picnic table, mingling and trying to hold up a light conversation.
Reiner was shaking Ymir, telling her something about a girl, and they were arguing. Someone named Christa.
Connie was flirting with Sasha, and then there was Hange, drooling over some upperclassmen named Sawney.
Admin didn't know what Hange saw in Sawney, but she had her own opinions, he thought.
He was staring into space when Marco walked up and waved his hand jokingly in Armins face.
"Earth to Armin! Hey, you!" He said, laughing quietly.
"Oh! Sorry, Marco. Hey. What's up?" Admin asked, feeling bad for blanking out his bestfriend.
"Nothing much, except for the fact that Mina asked me out!" He said, trying to hide the happiness in his voice.
"That's great, Marco!" Ramon encouraged.
"But..I think I like someone else. I don't know what to do. I kinda let her off easy and said I wasn't allowed to date...heh..." Marco explained, and Armin almost face palmed.
"That must've been awkward, Marco. You are such a dork!" Admin laughed, but then a sudden movement out of the corner of his eye caught his attention.
He turned to see the most beautiful boy walking towards another picnic table as far away as possible from Armins table.
He had the most beautiful green eyes, with a light, but flawless tan on his exposed face and hands, which seemed to be turning red.
His jawline and collarbones and overall face was attractive and made Armin feel lust, which was unexpected for him.
His lips were a light pink and his brown hair was messy, but Armin wanted to be able to style it with a sudden urge.
He decided he wanted to talk to him, the stranger that was so beautiful, yet so sad.
He reached the boy, and watched as his head lifted up.
"Your hands must be cold, and I've got some extra gloves!"
