A panic attack strikes faster than lightning, stings harder than a jellyfish and plunges you into darkness. Your heart threatens to break through your chest , pounding , screaming for attention whilst your lungs collapse and you're suffocated with the fear that you are taking your last breaths . Your head spins and you breathe deeply, but it's never enough. Your stomach churns and your head pounds . A feeling of impending doom swallows you , breathe, breathe . And then it ends. And reality returns.
