Chapter 2

I was waiting for class when Opal tapped me on the shoulder. "Listen I think you're cool and I can tell your an innocent girl with devotion to do everything you can to make life better for you and everyone. You're gentle with a bright mind but you are broken because what your parents and past peers have done to you. Stay away from the motionless boys next door because they take girls like you and break them. Before you ask, no I didn't let them in but that doesn't mean I don't know who they really are. Be careful because I'm pretty sure we can be great friends" she spoke with a low yet emotional crack flowing through her vocal cords. There's something she isn't telling me but I won't pressure her. I know she doesn't have class for a few more hours but I know I have less than three minutes until the bell rings for my first class which so happens to be English. Just as the bell rang, I head out but suddenly a loud CRASH sounded through. "Chris, slow down jackass they won't know about us sneaking out!" A male voice yelled. "Shut up Rick dick I'm trying to actually get to class before I get kicked out" another male voice boomed. "Whatever, lets just go to English together and try again tomorrow" the other said again. Soon after three guys began to walk past me but before they looked over at me and then walked away. As soon as I reached room 44b I walked in to seem the same two guys from the hall. They looked at me and beckoned me over. I walked over with reluctance. "Hey, what's your name?" the tallest guy spoke softly. "I'm Elizabeth. How about you?" I replied. "I'm Chris, I love your shirt by the way. The Misfits are badass." He spoke until the guy next to him cleared his throat. "Oh sadly this is Ricky or as some of us call him, Dick!" He boomed again with laughter following. "Hey Ricky." I said with a small smile. He just waved. I walked away and sat down. They don't really seem bad at all... To be honest, they both were very captivating.
