Chapter 8

Man I'm so hungry jinx sighted as they waited outside the den for their leader
Everything went silent when dew spoke up

Jinx what were you talking about back at the lair dew asked

I was...just spewing nonsense  jinx said nervously.

The group were about to head home when Kiki ran after them

Cober  wait ! Kiki yelled holding a flower in her mouth

Whoa Kiki is that for me cober asked blushing

Yep Kiki said smiling

When did they hang out jinx whispered to dew

I have no idea dew whispered back

They soon made it back home

Man I'm going to grab some food want any jinx asked her teammates

They both said no

When jinx was about to leave she was stopped by forest

Jinx your behavior wasn't acceptable today we'll talk later forest said in his stern voice

Got it jinx said running off.

Let's see if we go threw the yards we won't be spotted jinx said to her two best friends

I'll go first Carla said as the two laughed

What Carla cried as they stopped laughing

Carla no offense but your not the best to handle this maya said

When their stomach growled

Girls lets just go jinx sighted

So they quickly ran to the nearest yard

Ok we'll split up and search and meet back here jinx whispered as the two nodded  and ran the opposite direction

Alright I'll go see if they have chicken jinx thought as she searched around the village.
That's when she spotted a group of chickens eating in the middle of the dirt road

Shit jinx cried

Trying to grab one of those chickens was risky she would be seen but she could starve she had to think

When suddenly she spotted Carla coming her way

Crap she'll get caught jinx thought as she heard Carla Yelp

She got stabbed by a man

Carla! Jinx cried making the man turn around and spot her 

Crap another darn wolf the man growled taking his knife out of Carla's leg

She quickly bit the mans leg and ran towards Carla
The man screamed in pain .

Carla can you walk jinx asked

Kinda...jinx watch out Carla cried

Another man came to help the injured man but he had a gun

Jinx started growling  but it had no effect

She had to act fast  so she did the only thing useful was howling really loud
When she opened her eyes she saw a golden yellow wolf  in front of her.

The two men quickly ran away but some villagers stood there in aw they never seen a golden wolf before

What...the...fuck jinx cried backing away

Jinx,Carla lets go maya yelled putting jinx out of her thoughts

She quickly helped Carla up and ran back to their tribe.
