Jay- Erin, Erin!
Bam, her car flipped over and she went unconscious and after that everything went black.
(Erin's pov)
I can vaguely here someone calling my name, I open my eyes and every thing is blurry, but I recognize who it is, it is severide ripping me out of the car before it catched on fire.
(Jays pov)
After I hang up with Erin I get really worried, I call Erin a couple more times and no one answers. I update the team and tell them what is happening, then I get interrupted by a phone call it was my brother Will, I quickly answered it. "Will whats going on" I say shaking. "Jay you got to get down here immediately Erin got in to a car crash and is in critical condition, she has not arrived here yet but the paramedics are about to arrive with her" Will said. "Ok I'll be there in a minute" I say and run out the door. While I'm in the car I start to think how this my fault that I could have stopped her, I start to break down. Soon enough I get there and run through the hospital doors, "Will where is Erin". Right as I say this every one starts to roll in.

Female,late 20s, broken ribs and a stab wound to the left arm, also unconscious.
Jay runs up to Erin, "Erin babe you have to stay with me"I say crying. "Sir you need to step away and let the doctors work" the nurse said. "Will, fix her" he yelled We need to get her to surgery" Will said "Jay we will keep you updated".
(Erin's pov)
I can here jay's voice vaguely and I want call his name but I can't. I am to weak but I try to stay as tough as I possibly and fight for what ever comes next.
(Jays pov)
I go to the waiting room and see that the whole team is there except for Voight. Of course he is not there. I wait, and wait, and wait, no Voight the team had to leave and I told them I would keep them updated. I then decide to go talk to Voight becuase Erin still has another hour of surgery and I have to go tell Voight.
(Voight's pov)
I killed the guy that shot my son, I don't know what to do or think. Soon enough jay walks into the bullpen he looks mad. "
Voight:"What are you doing here"
Jay: What do you think Erin's been in a car wreck and she's in surgery now!
Voight: What! I can't lose another kid
Jay: ya, its bad
Voight: ok, I can't come to the hospital right now it will be to hard for me, just keep me updated.
Jay: ok
(Jay's pov)
I get back to the hospital and Will updates me on Erin, he said that she is stable but it will take some time for her to recover. I feel relived, becuase if she died I don't know what I would have done, she is more then my girlfriend she is my partner the person who always has my back, my best friend. I go to her room and call Voight and tell him she is ok then I sit down in the chair next to her bed and grab her hand. "I'm so glad your ok I don't know what I would do with out you, I love you. With that I can feel her squeeze my hand, "Erin omg your awake!"

Erin: Hi
Jay: Hey (and kisses her forehead)
Erin: is Voight ok
Jay: yes I told him what happened and he may come to visit you today
Erin: ok, hey by the way, I love you too
(No one's pov)
With that he leaned in and kissed her and said " I'm so glad your ok I don't what I would do with out you, you are my life, and my partner in crime. They both know that they will have a future together becuase they are meant to be no matter what.
"Forever" she said

"Forever" he repeated.
