~chapter 9~

Taylor couldn't sleep. She couldn't stop thinking of why they were all stuck in wolf form. was it a sign? was something going to happen? were they somehow getting more powerful? she realized that she needed sleep, she checked her phone and it read 6:37am. "ugh." she set down her phone and went to bed.

the next day they all wake up, in the treehouse? again in wolf form. what was going on. Tyler got up first and was horribly confused but then he realized what was going on once again. then Josh got up, slightly freaking out again, then seeing Tyler blankly staring at him. Brandon woke up and saw everyone and just sighed at the thought of for some reason waking up again in wolf form. Tyler walked over to Taylor and nudged her side to wake her up. she slowly blinked and woke up looking around, then seeing everyone just staring at her. she got up and walked over to Tyler, she felt safe around him. everyone was asking so many questions in the wolf chat. everyone finally quieted down so Taylor could speak, she was the alpha. "Okay, we need to figure out why we keep getting stuck like this." she said.

"Maybe we're getting higher in ranks? id like to not have practically bananas for eyes." Brandon says.

"Yeah," Josh adds.

"i dont think thats the case, if we were changing our eye color it wouldn't happen like this." Taylor replies.

"well why did you and Tyler have different eye colors? you have red, and Tyler has blue." Brandon asks.

"I dont know, the red eyes means I'm the alpha and the blue means Tyler is the omega of our small pack." Taylor answers.

"w-what if we're getting stronger? or something really is happening to us?" Tyler pitches in for being silent and licking the fur on Taylor's back.

Everyone was just silent. what if that was what was happening? They all already tried multiple times to do what they did last time they were stuck to get back to being human, and it didn't work. nothing was working. they were stuck. they didn't know where they could go, they couldn't live in their treehouse. they had a maid that would come and clean it for them every Tuesday of every two weeks. So, they couldn't live in the treehouse while they were stuck like this.

"Where do we even go," Josh asked, as he took a huff laying back down.

"yeah, where are we supposed to go? we can't just fly away into space and live there." Tyler says.

"oh hush egg head," Brandon tells Tyler.

Tyler did a low growl in the back of his throat and sat down.

"We could be on the run in the woods, people probably wouldn't be able to find us there. It would be a way bigger chance someone sees four wolves if we lived in one of our houses or the treehouse."

"I'm down," Brandon said, looking at everyone.

"ill do it," Josh added.

"So will i,"

"Okay, where do we go first on our 'on the run quest?'" Taylor said, fidgeting her paws on the floor of the treehouse excitedly.
