It was a cold and breezy winter morning. Josh was on his way to his last day of school, he's been waiting for this magnificent day for ages. (also, hi this is the writer so I say a lot of British things so hehe okay back to story) He didn't really have a lot of friends speaking of the fact he was always nose deep in a book or staring at a computer screen. All he even did on computers is look for books on wolves, or shapeshifters. he was into that kind of stuff, the kind of stuff no one believed in. But Josh, Josh believed in it. He finally got to school, hands aching from the cold air breezing across them. Nothing happened at all at school. After school he stayed a lot later than he usually did to stock up on immortal/shapeshifter books for the summer. And he walked in he saw a tan, brunette headed boy. He's seen him in the library before, usually looking for books about basketball or some sport. There was also two other people in the library that he had never ever seen before. Not even walking around school. One had boy short cut hair, and the other also had the same hair except their hair had a greenish or yellow tint to it. They were looking at the kind of stuff he liked. The brunette boy looked up at him and smiled, as Josh was just standing there like he saw a ghost. Josh just smiled back and walked over to the table next to the two girls. He sat down and opened his laptop to check if any new books were in stock.

Said the grey notification that popped up when he opened his browser. Yes!! he thought to himself. Finally a new book, he's been waiting at least 4 months. He clicked on it and the title was "Immortal Evidence" Didn't seem that good of a book, he could still check it out before he left. He looked down to see where the book was located. "Shelf 13 book 3" He whispered to himself, then he got up and went to find it. He noticed that when he got up, the brown headed girl got up at the same time after opening her phone. Josh ran his fingers through his brown hair. "Ah, there it is" He said to himself when he locked eyes with a book cover that had a dark creepy photo of a old cabin. Weird. As he grabbed the book, someone else grabbed it at the same time. Someone with as pale skin he had, and a gentle grip.

"Oh, sorry, I didn't know you wanted that book too" The person said, Josh turned. It was the girl.

"Oh, no, you can take it. I did want it b-but, you can have I-it. " Josh's anxiety was blazing out of control. He didn't know how to act in front of girls! She just nodded and grabbed the book and started to walk away. Then she stopped and slowly turned.

"I-I'm Taylor, by the way. What's your name? You seem oddly familiar." She said.

"I-I'm Josh. Josh Dun. " Josh stuttered.

"My friend over there, that's Brandon, he's a transgender girl who I've known for a really long time now. I'm a girl. NOT trans." (I GOT REALLY INTO BRANDON REALLY FAST SORRY ABOUT THAT) Taylor spoke. Josh liked her voice. Sweet, gentle.

"U-uh, do you know who that is?" Josh said, pointing to the brunetted boy in the corner.

"Oh, him. That's Tyler. TOTAL hottie. We're good friends too." She answered.

"O-Oh. So are you gonna take the book or.."

"O-Oh the book! I totally forgot! Do you want it?" Taylor asked, gesturing the book towards Josh.

"No, you can take it." He said, pushing the book back.

"Can you two sissy wads stop flirting and date already? I'll take the book, I've been meaning to get it." A voice said from behind the bookshelf. It was Tyler. Why was he talking to me.

"Tyler, SCREW OFF!" Taylor yelled. "Maybe you can come to my place and we can look at the book together?" She added.

"Uhhh.. sure. " Josh said, regretting every noise that came out of his mouth. Just getting him deeper into this mess.

Ever since that day, All four of the friends got along together and have been friends for AGES. Through tough times, bad things, everything, they were all there for each other.
