you were just chilling in your library room in the afternoon, when an unsuspected call distracted you. you put the opened book on your table, cleared your throat, and clicked the ’Answer’ button.

Y: hello?

Mrs. Horan:  (Y/N), are you busy, honey?

Y: No, not at all ma’am, what can I do for you?

Mrs. Horan: It’s about Niall. 

basically Niall is your childhood best friend. both of your parents are close since they were College. you two grew together more like siblings,but the thing that he didn't know is you have a crush on him in your highschool days. you didn't tell him, cos that would be pretty weird- falling in love with your friend, who told you his biggest secret. No! you won’t let it. ok back to your conversation with Mrs. Horan

Y: what about him? i hope he is ok.

Mrs. Horan: I'm afraid not. Couple of days ago he was acting pretty strange. He kept on arguing with me, always goes home late and pretty much drunk all the time. would you mind talking to him. you’re the only person i can trust.

This is crazy...... but you still can’t believe Niall do such a thing!! So i just ended the conversation with this,"Yes Mrs. Horan, I will try my best." Suddenly a loud bang on the door awakened you from your very peaceful room. You walked toward it, and turned the doorknob very slowly. The person behind it was very chaotic, he kept on banging the door with his body, until you can’t hold the door that you fell on the floor badly. When he was standing by the doorpost his blonde hair was unfixed, and his body was white as a sheep’s wool. the way he groan was unusual, you thought for a minute,and Snap! an image entered your playful mind. He walked pass you, while you helped yourself get up, and said,"Niall?"

he just ignored you, and swayed to the living room. Then he began screaming"Ma,Pa, I’m home!!" you went closer , and gently tapped him. A different Niall greeted,"What are you doing in mah house?"

You want to calm him as soon as possible, so you held his head with both of your hands, you can smell beer whenever he breathe, it’s like he has taken a lot. so you explained,"Niall, Baby, you are in my house, please. let’s settle things out."

"LIAR!" he yelled. well he disrespected you at the same time acted aggressively,"Just Leave!"

"Ma,Pa, I’m Home!!" he continued shouting. he looked at your staircase and screamed again. A phone call from Niall’s mom made you calm as ever.

Mrs. Horan: So have you seen Niall lately? he didn't came home. i’m worried sick.

Y: Ughm. he is here, but he is acting a bit wild. I’m scared. what will i do?

Mrs. Horan: Hush darlin’. he will calm down if he felt your loving touch. okdarlin

Y: Yes, Mrs. Horan

After the conversation you found Niall sitting still in your couch, staring blankly. So you sat beside him, and gave him a warm hug. he hugged you back, slowly laid his head on your laps, until he is calm enough to speak,"I HATE IT! my Family,Friends, even You. This is all your fault. I broke up with my girlfriend to be with someone that really deserves my love."

"Niall, hear me out will yah," you are almost in tears,"Don’t say such a thing. Your family loves you, we love you. They know whats best."

"Yeah your right. i should not let my anger control me," he said in a serene voice. you brush his soft,fluffy,blonde hair, and thought," He is drunk. he will never know this conversation."

"You know what,I LOVE YOU," whoops!!! what just happened, Luckily he didn't react since he was sleepy. It was almost midnight, but both of you are still awake. then you just remember that he is drunk,and everything you say will not sink in deeply.

"Niall, I have a crush on you since we were highschool until now. i didn't tell. You are the only person who have known me inside and out. we are so tight, and you understand me. you like me for who i am. and i really wish you are my First kiss, but you already like someone. so whoever you fall in love with, i will be happy and even support you,"you said and kissed him in the forehead. Snoring was only heard, knowing that he is asleep. Now both of you fell asleep in the couch,Niall with his head on your lap,and he stretched his legs across the sofa. you,on the other hand,sat on the left side,and laid your head on the Sofa’s arm. 

~The Next Morning~

Someone cooking, tingled you to wake up. The aroma made you get up on your feet,and just follow your senses. you walked your way to the kitchen, therefore you saw Niall cooking something,"Baby,Do you like me to put gravy on your mashed potato..."

"Ughm........" you said. suddenly you thought,"woah, pause there, right there. did he just call me ’Baby?’ he only calls a girl like that if she’s his girlfriend."

you  sat  on the stool near your working table and continued,"You’re still drunk Niall, go back to bed."

"but baby, if I'm still drunk,can you tell me why only highschool?"

"Highschool?woah did he just heard what i just said last night? about me having a major crush in him? i bet he is still drunk....what a hangover!!" you wondered, while trying to reach your phone from your pocket,"I’m gonna call your mom!" and when you did, this happened

Y: Mrs. Horan, your Son is acting weird.

then a soft giggle from the other line made you confused

Mrs.Horan: Everything is just a setup honey, hihi. We Love You!!! Your Father-In-Law needs my help i need to go..... bye

.

Y: Wait..........WAIT!!!!! then she cuts you off. Hold on......... i still don't understand, FATHER-IN-LAW????  Why are they acting strange lately? What is happening?

Niall laughing so hard that his cheeks turned red,"Ok, you had enough. Well we. ...I mean I fell in love with you too. i just don't know how to tell you, cos were so ’close’ and you have a very strong personality So i need to find a away, and here it is! WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND?"

"Wait, what about that beer smell? its like you drunk a lot!" you interrogated.

"Well that’s a new mouthwash i bought in a joke store," he said showing you the bottle,"WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND?"

Can you believe it? Niall set you up just to be asked? "Yes......Niall......YES! I'm afraid you'll never ask!" and you leaped with joy!
