Once the elevator door closes, I return from my dream stage of dreamy guys in elevators, I rush through the front door of the apartment building. I get to my car then I realize that I left my keys in my purse which is in the room.
"God damn it!" I lightly hit my self in the face. "Screw it, I'll walk!" I start down the street to the movie theater, hoping the trailers aren't done yet. Today was the release of the Dear Evan Hanson movie adaptation of the musical. I'm a really big musical nerd, I love them all! I'm more into the high school musicals but other musicals are just as amazing.
I finally get to the theater, sweating buckets, I walk over the the person that lets you into the movie, and I can tell by his facial expression that he is not please with the sent emitting from my body. After he gives my seat ticket back I make way for theater 7. I repeat it in my head so I won't forget where I'm supposed to go. Theater 7, theater 7, theater 7.
"Ah!" I trip over my self in the rush to the movie, but someone was there to catch me. "It's you" I say in shock "what are you doing here?" I say flustered.
"The same as you." He says with a chuckle.
"Oh, right. Theater, movie, I got ya." At this point I'm talking out of my ass. "Sooooo... what movie are you seeing?"
"Fate of the furious, what about you?"
"Dear Evan Hanson." Darn! I was really hoping he would have been in the same theater as me. We could have sat next to each other and in the middle of the movie our arms would touch as we share an arm rest, and at the end he would go in for a kiss! Or maybe-
"Well my movie is going to start soon, see you later." He smiles then walks off. Am I really that much of a retard, I don't even know his name yet!!! Come on Christina get your head in the game. I look at my watch and I'm already 30 minutes late to the movie
"Shit!" I start sprinting towards the theater. Once there I notice a familiar face, in the sea of empty seats. "Hanna! I quietly shout whisper from the end of the row she was in. She turns and looks at me with a mad expression, I flinch back in fear. You see Hanna is the type of girl that if you piss her of, you will probably end up in a cremator. I slowly make my way towards the dark empty soul shattering Hanna. "So what's up?" I awkwardly laugh and fake a smile.
"Don't fake things with me. Also these stupid ass commercials have been on for over 30 minutes now. I want music!"
"It's a good thing they haven't started yet because I would have definitely been late." I sit down next to her releasing all the tension that was building up inside me. Soon after the movie started. Hanna and I had a great time singing and laughing, some tears were there as well. It's was a great time over all, at the end of the movie we walked out with each other.
"Do you mind if I crash at your place, my boyfriend and I got into the fight about whether or not he actually loved me like he always says he does, but I swear to god that I've seen a Samantha in his contacts list. He says it's his cousin" Hanna says with finger quotations.
So now I have Hanna crashing at my place I don't know how long she's going to stay but she said she would be staying for about a couple of days. The best thing about Hanna is that she can cook, and when I mean cook, I mean Gordon Ramsay, where is the lamb sauce, cooking. She is a freak in the kitchen. I'm pretty good at doing laundry and washing dishes, so I'm up to the task. When we get back to the apartment I realize the door was locked. So I go down to the lobby of the apartment, when down in the lobby, I see non other than Mr. Dreamy walking past me. I wave at him with a bright smile on my face. He passes by not noticing me. I will make him mine! I think to myself.
"So who's that, hmm?" Hanna snuck up behind me and tapped my shoulder.
"Eeep!" I squeaked in shock. "Oh, he's just... ah he's... he um..." I have no idea what I'm saying. I sound like a dork!
"I totally see you guys together. You have graceful mature black wavy hair, great bone structure, and you're navy blue eyes are a facial must! You guys would go great together!"
"I wish I could be with him, but I get this vibe from him like he's hiding something..."
