I watched Homecoming yesterday and let me tell you...
IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT OMFG IT WAS GOOD IM SO HAPPY IT WAS AMAZING‼️‼️‼️‼️
There were so many plot twists, and it was written so well! Jon Watts directed the movie successfully! The cgi is good👌🏽 There isn't one part when I said it sucked. I was never bored from the beginning to end! It really was that awesome😆
Now, let me get into characters...
First, tell me say that Tom Holland is THE best Spider-Man and Peter Parker🕷🕸 He really captures how a teenager would be if he got superpowers. There is a perfect balance between high school and being a superhero. Tom's performance was amazing!!! It wasn't corny, and I almost cried twice😭
Ned was an amazing best friend👍🏽 He captures how a friend would be if they figured out that their friend was a superhero. He is so funny, and probably will be a fan favorite! This is Jacob Batalon's first movie, and he did a AMAZING job👏🏽🎉
Now, I love how Liz Allen doesn't take over the story. If you went back and watched the other Spidey films, you would see that the plot centers around crime fighting and the girl. This one doesn't however, and Liz isn't fully in it for just Peter either. She is more of just a crush than an actual love interest, but I really like that. It's kinda how she was in the olden way comics. Laura Harrier didn't disappoint🔥💜
Flash was a dick😂 He really was, but I love how they made him more of a cyber bully than a bully who fights physically. I feel like now, obviously there are still physical fighting bullies, but I think there are more bullies who fight verbally. And Tony really does capture that in Flash!! His performance was amazing. Everybody before the movie came out was giving Tony shit for not looking the part, but he did amazing🎉🙌🏽❕
Zendaya wasn't in it that much, which for me, was expected, but when she was in it, she was amazing!! You will see her a lot in the background. Her character is amazing, and I can't wait to see more of her character develop in the future!!!
I loved Aunt May, and I think Marisa Tomei's version is my favorite. She isn't just there, like how all the other ones were. She is more involved with the plot.
Happy Hogan played like an older brother to Peter. He was funny, and did amazing‼️
Ironman... obviously RDJ didn't disappoint🙄🤣... but for all you dicks out there who were like "omg Ironman 4", he literally is only in like 4 scenes. He is ONLY there when he needs to be there.
MICHAEL KEATON'S VULTURE IS THE BEST MCU VILLIAN!!! He was menacing, not corny, and his reasons for doing what he is doing are clear and make sense. Jon Watts did the villian right👍🏽🔥
Again like I said, there were so many plot twists. And keep in mind, just because something is in the trailer doesn't mean it's in the movie. You really will see that a lot.
Everything you think you know, trust me, you know nothing at all.
That's about it! Go check out the movie. It's very well worth the wait and time 🕷🕸🕷🕸🕷🕸🕷🕸🕷
