getting away

chapter nine

Eleanors POV

I stared into his big blue loving eyes as we headed home after the most amazing night in the Dubai mall, I had finally full filled one of my wishes of going there, and to think that I got to go there with the person I was rather quickly falling for was amazing, never mind the fact that it was Louis Tomlinson of all people. I had always had my eye on him from the very first audition, backing him all the way through bootcamp and it broke me when he cried being told he had to leave. But watching their faces on Tv as they formed ‘One Direction’ I didn’t even know Louis then and I still knew what a great guy he was, I had backed them all the way up until they were placed 3rd.

FLASHBACK;

I sat in the live audience of the huge X-factor arena awaiting the verdict of tonight’s results. I had sat there and cheered the boys on through their performances my favourite being the duet with Robbie Williams that Louis himself had introduced, well this sent my butterfly’s crazy! They stood infront of me Simon stood in the middle his arm slung around Zayn and Liam’s shoulder worry spread across all of their faces. Matt was already threw leaving it down to themselves and Rebecca. As Dermot brought the audience back down to a silence tension filled the air, you really could hear a pin drop as we awaited. ”REBECCA” was shouted into the microphone their faces just dropped to the floor in absolute pain as it sunk in that they hadn’t won, it killed them, but manning themselves up they brought it upon themselves to go and congratulate Rebecca. Harry crying tore everyone in the audience apart.

FLASHBACK OVER;

Of course I had no intention of telling Louis that I already had a slight love for him before this holiday had begun, not wanting him to be scared off. 

”Earth to Eleanor?” He laughed. ”Is anybody in there?” he said knocking on my head gently causing me to look up from my dreamworld.

”Oh yeah sorry, was in my own world then” I blushed.

”I kind of guessed” he laughed again ”what were you thinking about, I saw the look of concentration fill your face and you were paying no attention to what I was saying” He said laughing once again.

”Im really sorry” I sighed ”I was just thinking about how lovely this night was and how I really want to see you again but i’m not sure wether your going to want to” I wondered slightly out loud by mistake. ”oops, wasn’t ment to say that out loud” I giggled.

”and why wouldn’t I want to see you again Miss Calder?” a look of confusion upon his self. I sighed realising I was going to have to let him know I knew exactly who he was.

”Because you Louis are THE Louis Tomlinson 1/5 of One Direction one of THE biggest boybands of today and I well I am little Eleanor Calder just a normal girl that has nothing on the other girls that are falling at your feet begging for attention from you” I sighed looking down letting him know that I finished. He sat down on a bench facing the sea and indicated for me to do the same. I sat and stared out into the open sea infront of me, not really sure what to think or do until he lifted his hand and placed it over mine. A rush of comfort fullfilled my body as he opened his mouth to speak turning to look at him he smiled.

”Eleanor, yes maybe I am Louis Tomlinson 1/5th of One Direction but that does not mean that i’m not a normal person, because believe me I am. Even though I am becoming quite famous which I hate to admit I still live a fairly normal life, and I want you to be apart of it, being here with you tonight made me realise how much of an amazing girl you really are, you clearly know who i am and you have done all along, i dont know why you acted like you didnt know me that confuses me a little but im glad i met you on that plane, you are beautiful and a girl that only any boy could dream of and I am lucky to have met you. So yes Els I would like to see you again” wow, i was left speechless not knowing what to say or do. So I did nothing except lean forward, close my eyes and tangle my hands in his hair as I kissed him
