Chapter 7

(IN SILLA)

(ISEUL P.O.V)

After Kihyun left for Baekje we all settled down for the night Jihoon and Soonyoung was in his room since Soonyoung will be spending the night here i was walking around and i'm not sure what Yoongi was doing he disappeared right after Kihyun left 

as i was walking i heard a voice speaking "eomma you know days like these it would've been nice if you were here with us Jihoonie misses you and appa...honestly i miss you both as well" the voice belonged to Yoongi each word that came out made it sound like his voice was cracking i think he was about to cry i slowly tried to walk away but sadly i couldn't because "I know you are there you can come over here if you want" called his voice softly but hard enough for me to hear 

i turned around to where he was sitting and made my way over i sat next to him and said "sorry i didn't mean to bother you i was walking around and i heard your voice and before i knew it i knew it i was here" i looked down a bit feeling embarrassed that i have intruded i felt a hand on under my chin and he lifted my head up he gave me a gummy smile and said "it's really okay don't worry i just came around here again i do it a lot i guess you can say i miss them a lot"

i smiled at him and said "well whilst i'm here feel free to talk to me if you need anyone to talk to i know it must be hard for you from what Jihoon told me you became king at a early age you got a lot of responsibilities and i know you can't always talk to him about it" he gave me another gummy smile and said "i appreciate it thanks, so where were you heading anyways" 

i chuckled and said "in all honesty i have no clue i got bored of just sitting around so i wanted to walk around and so on and here i am" "well then since it's already dark and the stars are out i want to show you the best place in the palace" 

i looked at him and said "you aren't planning on killing me are you?" he gasped and said sarcastically "how did you know??" we both stared at each other in silence but soon broke out in laughter he got up and grabbed my hand and pulled me up i felt how my heart beat increased and i felt butterflies in my stomach i was sure i was blushing 

"come on you will love it" he said whilst dragging me to where ever we are going...Yoongi do you know how you make my heart feel even on day one...you made me feel like this you acted nice then cold and now you are nice again...i really like this side of you...i thought to myself 

But it can't be i can't fall for him i am a nobody and he is a king...we suddenly came to a stop i stood in front of me and said "okay trust me okay...i'm going to cover your eyes" i slowly nodded as he placed his hands over my eyes he lead me to where ever it was when we came to a stop he said "on the count of three i will move my hands okay" i nodded once again 

"okay 1....2.....3....open" i opened my eyes and was in awh it was absolutely beautiful where we were standing you could see the stars and moon without anything ruining the view it was absolutely stunning "hey close your mouth before you catch a fly" i heard him say it was evident that he was laughing i closed my mouth and pouted and turned to him and then said "meanie i was enjoying the view" 

"yeah well then go ahead stand there with your jaw on the floor maybe you might even catch a bird instead" he snickered i looked at him seriously and then burst out laughing "you know you aren't as bad as i thought" he looked at me seriously and said "was i ever bad?" i nodded and said "you acted cold to me after being nice i was really confused and then you were nice again and now you are being like a little child it is amazing to see the many stages of your personality King Yoongi" 

"well then out of all the stages which do you like most Miss.Iseul" he asked curiously i smiled and said "this one i really like this one" he smiled and then said "well then be ready for seeing this until you leave here" i chuckled and then stopped a thought came to me...do i really want to leave? 

he then chuckled and said "oh and forgot to tell you Kihyun will be coming back with the crown prince of Baekje they are close friends and Silla and Baekje want to make a alliance since we have many relations around here like Kihyun is related to their minster and Shownu our head guard is actually related to their head guard...so we thought making a alliance is best so the families can come and go as they want" 

i smiled at him and said "well sir i shall be on my best behavior in front of such a important guest also it's nice that both kingdom's are doing that for their people i'm sure they will appreciate it" he nodded but then said "you just be you when he arrives if he can't like you the way you are then it's his problem isn't it" "but what if he then decides against your arrangement? i don't want to be the cause of it"

he placed both his hands on my cheeks and turned me to face him he smiled and said "you won't cause any trouble okay the crown prince himself is quite weird and energetic he is like a ball of sunshine i met him way back when i was like 10 he was 8 and he is Kihyun's friend as well i heard much of Baekje's royal family..."

i nodded slowly and then said "well then story time what are they like tell me" he let go of my face and smiled once again and said "well the queen pasted away she got really sick and they couldn't help her and then there is King Seokjin...he sounds nice from what i heard he has a great love for his children then their is the twins which consists of the Crown Prince of course as i said he is really energetic and literally like the sun bright then his twin sister the princess she is quite something she is very mischievous she keeps her court ladies on their toes they say she is exactly like her mom in beauty and personality then they have a little brother...i haven't met him yet he is only 8 right now so i haven't had the honer to meet him but i heard he is quite cute and he loves his sister a lot" 

i laughed and said "they sound like a nice family" he nodded looked at me and said "they sure are Iseul they sure are" i wonder what he means with that
