Third POV
"I'm sorry," is all Yuri kept saying. Even after (y/n) reassured him the she was fine.
"Yuri, look. I'm okay. See?" (Y/n) held up her wrist. "Everything is fine."
"I never want to hurt you. Not after what you've been through. I can see where my hand was. Right here."
Yuri traced the outline of the red handprint with his finger tip. He stopped and shook his head. (Y/n) held onto him, not wanting to ever let go; not just in this moment but all together. She wanted to hold onto the one good thing in her life.
"Yuri. I know you didn't mean it. Look at me, please?"
Yuri looked up at her face. She smiled softly at him and wiped the tears out of his eyes. Yuri grinned a bit and leaned into her hand.
"I want you to come with me," Yuri said vaguely.
"Where?"
"To competitions. All over the world. I would have liked to have skated with you but it's too late to create a whole new routine. I still want you to be there though, when I take gold over and over up to the GPF."
"Yes! Yes a thousand times."
(Y/n) kissed his cheek before she could think about it. Yurio blushed a bright red but was smiling widely.
Once they got back to the apartment Yurio heard noises from down the hall. He shook his head in annoyance.
"The piggy must be here...."
"You mean Yuuri?" (Y/n) asked.
"Yeah."
Yurio walked down the hall and banged on Viktor's door. Viktor opened the door and walked out, followed by Yuuri.
"Hi Yurio! I missed you!" Yuuri cheered.
"Shut up you two! We don't want to hear you!" Yurio growled.
He looked to (y/n) but she had already disappeared into the living room. Yurio followed her and in turn Viktor and Yuuri followed him. Yurio sat on the couch next to (y/n).
"Who's this Viktor?" Yuuri asked, getting a bit too close.
(Y/n) POV
I could smell it. He'd been drinking vodka. I leaned closer to Yurio. He gave me a confused look as I curled closer to him. Yuuri was smiling drunkly.
"That's (y/n)! She's our little Yurio's girlfriend!" Viktor yelled.
"I'm so proud of you Yurio!" Yuuri grinned.
"Yuri...can we go somewhere?" I asked.
Yurio nodded and stood up. I followed after him and we left the house minutes after we had arrived.
"Are you okay?" Yurio asked.
"Yeah. I'm fine."
He gave me that look that said he didn't believe me. I sighed and shook my head.
"He was drunk. I could smell it on his breath."
"Okay...and?"
"He drinks... A lot."
Yurio nodded in understanding. He pulled me closer to him as we walked.
"First off, Yuuri is a sloppy drunk not a violent one. You have nothing to worry about. And I won't let anything happen to you, I promise. I'll talk to them tomorrow when they're sober."
"Don't...please."
"I won't tell them anything private. I just want you to feel safe, moya lyubov'." (1)
"What?! Yuri! I understand Russian. I was born and raised here!"
"Well, then you know how I feel then."
"Prove it." I stopped in my tracks.
"What?" He asked as he turned to me.
I took a breath and gulped. "Prove it Yuri."
Yurio smiled and grabbed my hands, intertwined our fingers. He leaned close to me and placed a soft kiss on my lips. I gasped as my mind buzzed quickly. I kissed back without thinking about what I was doing. It felt natural.
"Is that proof enough for you?" Yurio asked.
I nodded and hugged him closely.
"Thank you Yuri."
(A/n) sorry this chapter is kind of short. I was in a rush to get it up.
Translation-1-my love
