In the night.

Tessa's pov
I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned to see Alissa. No words were spoken. What felt like hours were minutes. I stood up and stared at her face. She was crying. I looked behind her and saw a picture of her and Jake at the fair. I turned back to her and locked my eyes on her wrist. They were cut.

T:why the cuts

T: and...

A: don't mess up like I did. Don't be like me and hate yourself. Love you while you are still beautiful

T: wait

She was gone. And so was I. I was lost. Lost in this world of hurt evil and hate. Wiped away by what happened. And gone.

Jakes pov
I woke up to Tessa's text

Tessa's pov
We got to the aquarium and I tried not to think about what happened last night. Tonight I'm going back to the sign. I don't know why but the feeling of the wind and the view take you away. Jake had a point.

Logan: look it's a shark

Tessa: omg look at the little fishy 🐠

Logan: omg the shark is coming straight for the glass

The shark bumped the glass and Logan fell on the floor. I fell down laughing.

Logan: shut up Tessa you get scared more than me.

He yelled ahh and I jumped. We both laughed at how easy I get scared. I grabbed his hand and we walked around looking at the fish. We saw a puffer fish and Logan tapped the glass and he puffed up. We both started dying of laughter. When Logan picked me up and put me on his back. He started running around and taking sharp turns which made me nervous. And in the middle of full speed he stopped and I jolted forward and hit my head on a rack of t-shirts Logan ran to me and said "omg omg omg are you ok Tess Tess Tess" and I Busted out laughing and then he started laughing to he helped me up. I stared into his eyes and kissed him the Kiss was bidder sweet because there were like 5 people staring at us but then I didn't really care because we were having a good time that's all that matters. When we got back home and watched a movie but Logan had to leave because he had to go on the set valley girl in the morning and had to go to sleep early.

Jakes pov
Tessa and Logan went to the aquarium and then came home and watched movies. I didn't want to be there anymore so I packed some food a blanket pillows and my laptop. I went to the Hollywood sign and laid down the blanket and pillows. I laid down and stared at the stairs for a hour or two. Then I heard someone coming so I pretended to be asleep.

Tessas pov
I went to the Hollywood sign and then suddenly saw Jake asleep on a blanket so I walked over to him and crawled into the blankets with him and said

T: Jake I know you are awake

J:why are you here

T:why are you here

J:I like it here and shouldn't you be with your boyfriend

T:he had to go home and go to bed early for the set valley girl.

J:oh

All of a sudden it started to rain so Jake took off his shirt and put it on top of his laptop and went under the blanket and we ran back to the car. There was silence for a few minutes then Jake opens his door

T:Jake what are you doing

He didn't answer me but he turned on the radio and the song little did you know turned on and he got out of the car in rain and started singing and dancing to the music so I joined him and it was the most fun I've had in awhile. After we did that we went to the beach and danced there while Ti was still raining so Jake picked me up and threw me in the water so I pulled him in with me an we swam and then we went to a hotel not to buy a room but to steal all their shampoos and stuff Jake put some in his pockets and when we walked out he dropped one and the worker said hey come back right now but me and Jake took off dying of laughter mind I tell you it is still 12am and we are in the rain stealing hotel shampoo.

Jakes pov
I woke up and had shampoo bottles all over my floor at first I was confused but I remembered what happens and laughed a little. Then I heard Tessa scream so I ran out my room and jumped off the railing instead of using the stairs but I saw Tessa with her leg stretched out and Logan putting ice on her knee. I ran around and asked what happened and Logan said that she fell off the counter and I think her knee is broken I told him to go call an ambulance or something. I walked over and looked swollen leg backup at her face and she was crying I wiped her tears with my thumb waited for the ambulance. When they got here they picked Tessa up and Logan kissed her goodbye but I looked away before I saw them kiss. And then we went to the hospital and they said she can go home.
