Traveling throughout the Forever Falls with my glyphs was pleasant enough for me to be decently satisfied with this mission, but not entirely.

I was still a little bit annoyed that I didn't find anything, which just makes this mission feel more pointless.

I had gotten a call on my scroll from Yang, informing me to start heading towards our original drop zone which was where I was going right now.

Soon I arrived as I saw my bow wearing faunus teammate and friend, Blake Belladonna who seemed to have been enjoying her book that she brought along with her for the mission.

She spotted me as I landed a few feet from her, while I then started to walk towards her and say, "Well, looks like you've already gotten yourself comfortable."

Blake smiled lightly and said while she kept reading her book, "I guess I just had the chance to relax, since I really didn't get to do anything the entire time we were here."

I crossed my arms as I sighed and said, "Yeah, I didn't get any luck either. But, at least the scenery was kind of worth it. Do you think Yang or Ruby might've found at least something interesting?"

Blake shrugged as she flipped one lag of her book and said, "Who knows, maybe one of them is even coming back something interesting."

I rolled my eyes as I thought about Ruby coming back with an animal or something.

I chuckled and said, "If they did, let's just hope its something that isn't dangerous."

Blake chuckled as well while she pointed out and said, "Why don't you ask one of them yourself?"

I was confused until I then saw the yellow hothead of our team, Yang Xiao Long who happily waved at us and said, "Heeeelllllooooo~! Sorry to join the party unannounced, but you two seem to have room for one more. I can't wait to Yang around with you guys!"

Yang snickered as she looked at both me and Blake, waiting for our approval on one of her Yang puns.

I glared at Yang as I then groaned and said, "How much longer until our bullhead arrives?"

Yang smiled brightly as she walked towards me and Blake and said reassuringly, "Don't worry Ice Queen, I'm sure it'll be here soon. Hmm, now that I think about it, where could Ruby be?"

When Yang mentioned our fearless leader, Ruby Rose not being here got me thinking too as I said, "You know, now that you mention Ruby I would've imagined her being the first one here. Especially since this mission might've felt like more of a bust for her."

Blake then said as she flipped over another page of her book, "I'm sure Ruby's heading her way here now. Besides, she's the fastest out of all of us."

Speaking of Ruby, our fearless leader had finally appeared and was running towards us as I noticed her also carrying a backpack. Blake then pointed out and said, "See, looks like she's here already."

Ruby had made her way towards us as she stood in front of me and said, "Sorry you guys! I'm finally here, am I a bit late?"

Yang happily smiled and said, "Nah! Actually, you're just in time Rubes."

The bullhead had started to come near us as it soon landed.

We all got in it as we now were traveling back to Beacon for some rest.

I looked at Ruby as she held her backpack and smiled at it.

This got me curious as I asked Ruby, "I don't remember you bringing a backpack. Where on earth did you get that?"
