Set in season six after Sam has lost his soul, Cas approaches Dean with the news that another angel has gone rogue; and this time it's Gabriel. Banished from Heaven the angels are worried that Gabriel is going to remember his true sellf and all of Heavens secrets along with it and they need the Winchester's help.
But with the main task of retrieving Sam's soul from Hell Dean refuses to help, needless to say he and Sam end up tangled in everything anyway.
As Dean continues to push down these strange feelings he is having towards a certain angel he distances himself from Cas, in the hopes that they'll go away. However he can't stay away completely and all of his built up frustration leads to a few steamy encounters.
When Gabriel starts gaining both power and followers on Earth, posing as the leader of an anti-religion cult the angels have to act fast, but is Cas too caught up in thoughts of a certain hunter to stop the fallen angel?
