Strolling along the paths of the village in Kingdom Bang. It was bustling with bakers and stall sellers yelling and calling the villagers to buy their products. It was your average village market center.
The wind was kind of heavy that day, making her hair blow lightly. It was a no brainer that the girl was a beauty, she was probably one of the prettiest. But no, this was not your average Beauty and The Beast story. Everybody knew they could never have a chance with her.
If it wasnt for her obsession with flowers.
"Ms. Ailee!"
"Oh- hi Isaac, how are you?" "Im fine, thank you!" The little boy grinned widely, making the girl smile back. "Me and my friends saw this flower along the road and wanted to know what it was,"
"Let me see,"
The boy opens his closed hands and reveals a giant grasshopper, scaring the living soul out of her. "AH!!" Her screams echoed, followed along by the giddy laughs of kids and the boy in front of you.
"Oh, you little rascal!" "Ah! Scary lady!"
Yeong Ailee, plant enthusiast and the lovely gem of the whole village. She wasnt rich nor poor, she lived a happy, humble life with her loving mom that takes interest in cooking, and her father who introduced flowers into her life.
Though people say she was a princess in disguise, she never looked at herself that way. Any guy would want a chance with her, but they had to face their ultimate rival, flowers.
As she ran playfully to catch the mischievous boys, she eventually stops and giggles to herself. "Stupid kids," she mumbles, sighing after with a smile still on her face.
The reason she was out in town today was to get her mothers requests for her big debut as chef of tomorrows dinner with the Kallistas, a high-class family that owns a one of a kind toy shop. Though she did want to lay in bed and do nothing but read, she had to agree, it was her mother after all.
As she squeezed through the crowds of other villagers in front of her, she eventually makes it to her most trusted pop-up stall that basically sells everything.
The stall seller chuckles at her, watching her pant. "Crowded again, Ailee?" He teases, fixing up his apron. She breaths in and out before turning to the young man who was keeping the selling business alive for his family. "As always, Kai."
Kai strikes a small smile, letting her fix her dress before asking what she wanted. "So, what will it be today?" He rested his palms on the wood surface of his stall, waiting for the ladys order.
"Oh- flour, and a rose bouquet,"
"Coming right up,"
Ailee watches him go from one side to another, only guessing that he forgot where your order was. "Whats the special occasion today?" He inwardly asks, dropping the small packet of flour on the table.
"Shes making dinner for the Kallistas tomorrow," she giggles as Kai raises his eyebrow. "The Kallistas are very particular with what food they like, you think your moms gonna make it out alive?"
"Oh shut up, she'll totally nail that dinner, shes the greatest chef i know!" She grins widely, seeing Kai wander around the shop again. "Rose bouquets you said?" "Yes,"
Not paying attention to Kai anymore, she looks off into a distance where a few buildings away there was a huge crowd on the streets. People cheering and clapping their hands.
