The smell of roses filled my nostrils, everything was dark, a head of me was a sunset, a bright light shined from it and I head towards it without meaning. Gusts of strong wind tried to force me back, rose petals came from the light, passing me, few hit my face, as sweet as the scent ahead, the screams of utter terror and pain I heard behind me, in the darkness, where I didn't want to go back and face. I pushed myself forward hard as I could, even if it didn't feel like I was going anywhere, I tried, and will continue to try forever.

A light beige anthro cougar got up onto her arms in bed, breathing heavily, she slide a lock of her medium brown hair behind her ear. "W-what a dream." Turning around to sit up properly.

Sliding on my black leather short shorts, black tank with a short jacket, that had fur around the hoodie, and black ribbon arm straps. She came downstairs to be greeted by her father. "There she is! Our Mukul becoming a Lulezim finally has arrived." He hugged her.

She patted his back. "Thanks dad." He stepped back, and she went to her mother, who was making breakfast.

She brought it over to the table. "I made some breakfast Aroha. We're so proud. I hope you get a good one."

Aroha smiled and sat down. "I'll be happy just to stay here with you guys, that or become an adventurer."

Gladius glanced up from his newspaper. "Uh no, I want you out of here." He smirked as a joke. Aroha chuckled. He placed the newspaper right down. "But seriously Aroha, I don't want you to become a local and be stuck here. I feel like you have a great destiny ahead of you. You should go out there."

Her mother, Satora, sat down. "We just want what's best for you." She smiled, always thinking over the top. "Like a Fula."

She laughed. "A Fula? Really mother, to be chosen to be a guard of royalty, I am not that special."

Gladius laughed. "Ha! You kidding me? You are at the top of every fitness and survival class out there. If anyone is chosen its you."

She sighed, poking at the bacon. "Dad, you are going bit to far. Sanji and others were really good as well." Before another word, Aroha took a few bites and got up to leave. "I got to go or I'll be late for stage practice. Love you, bye!"

Running through the village, a group of young kids chased after her. "Aroha!", "Aroha!" They called out to her.

She ran backwards to face them and came to a stop. "What's up guys?"

A young lion girl walked up. "Where are you going in such a hurry?"

She smiled. "Stage practice of course. Need to know where I am standing and doing for the celebration."

She pouted, swaying her body as she held her hands behind her back. "I wished I was joining you Aroha." Smiling up. "I hope you become a full citizen so you can stay here with me forever!"

She laughed. "Remmi, that might happen, but if not, remember to look out for Sanji when he becomes a poop scooper."

They laughed, all while Sanji walked up from behind the kids with his hands on his hips. "Excuse me?" He smirked, as to not take it to seriously. "I happen to be the best in class here." All the kids laughed at him. He pouted. "Awe, even my own little sister." He messed up Remmi's hair as he passed them. "Better hurry Aroha, it starts soon."

"Gah! Wait, but you're gonna be late to that is?" She started walking away.

They both started to run with Sanji yelling. "I know! But my good looks and grades gives me a pass! What do you got?"
