Harry's Perspective

"What about this?" Perrie held up another shirt.

"No, too floral." Harry said. She sighed and put it on the rack.

It's been two weeks since Harry's sonogram and his break is over soon, meaning he'll be going back to school. His bump was becoming more noticeable, so Perrie, Liam, Leigh-Anne, and Niall decided to take him shopping for maternity clothes.

Liam held up a gray dress, "This?"

"Guys, I don't want anything too tight. I'll probably end up wearing a big sweatshirt over these shirts, anyway."

Harry wanted to conceal his pregnancy for as long as possible. Even though people already know, he felt as though if he could cover his bump, it would minimize the gossip.

"You don't have to feel bad about it, Harry." Perrie put another shirt in the basket.

"Yeah," Leigh-Anne said. "Who cares what they think. Those bitches don't pay your bills, so you don't pay them any mind."

Harry liked Leigh-Anne, he really did. But her sass was a little overwhelming at times.

"I know." he sighed. "I know, I just don't want too much attention drawn to it, you know?"

"We understand. But we're one hundred percent behind you." Liam assured.

"Thanks, guys."

"I think this is enough. Let's go get some lunch."

After checking out and stopping at McDonald's, they were back at Harry's house helping put his new clothes away.

Liam forbade Harry from helping, saying that he didn't want him on his feet.

Harry huffed but sat down on one of the couches in his closet, telling his friends where to put his clothes.

"Your closet is so neat." Perrie complimented, admiring Harry's color coded closet.

"I try to keep it clean." Harry rested a hand on his bump.

"So, do we get to meet the baby's father?" Niall asked.

"Niall," Leigh-Anne hit him on the chest.

"It's fine, Leigh. I don't know. Maybe someday. I'm still getting to know him so I'd rather wait."

"How long has it been since you've seen him?" Liam asked.

"My last sonogram. So about two weeks." he saw them trying not to pull faces. "Things are still a little tense. It's like, we have so much to say, but we don't know each other."

"That must be so awkward." Perrie sat next to him. "It'll get better. You just have to get to know each other."

"I know, but he's been gone for two weeks. Gemma said it's a work thing."

"Has he called?" asked Niall.

"No. Gemma told me he needs to be completely focused on his job so he tends to turn his phone off when he's on extended trips."

"Do you know what he does for a living?" Leigh-Anne asked.

"No. He just told me he works with his father. He trades things or something."

They all nodded and Leigh-Anne checked her phone.

"I have to get home," she said.

"Alright, I'll walk you guys out."

Harry walked them out and they said their goodbyes with the promise they'd meet up before school on Monday.

"Harry!" Gemma called as she ran down the stairs. "Your phone is ringing. It's Louis." she handed Harry his phone and he answered it.
