I'm cascading,
The sun setting into the ocean.
My wounds have been reopened,
The sky bleeding red.
My tears run down my cheek,
The ocean tastes bitter,
I see my reflection in the water,
The last sun-rays glitter.
The darkness awakes,
My happiness evacuates,
I'm feeling no emotion,
Just like in the dark-
There is no difference between sky and ocean.
This does not scare me,
I'm walking towards the dark tides.
It pulls me in-
As if we were meant to be.
As I wander deeper,
It makes me wonder-
Was I meant to drown?
Or-
Am I still longing to be found?
