Chapter 4

The same beeping sound started to ring and Jungkook deeply groaned. He hated the fucking alarm more than anything right now.

"Fucking shut up, can't you!" He mumbled under his breath as he slammed his palm onto the alarm to make him shut up. And it shut up thankfully. Jungkook closed his eyes ready to get back to sleeping.

'Taehyung.... party... Taehyung... party... drinking...' those words started to wander through Jungkook's mind.

Suddenly Jungkook sat up. The slow painful headache raised to his head and he groaned out in pain. The last thing he remembers was how Taehyung helped him go to his bed since he was that drunk.

'God... those first experiences..'

"Ugh.." Jungkook whined out, when he rolled around in his bed.

"Rise and shine!" Taehyung came in from the doors. "Here's the medicine." He gave Jungkook a pill and a cup of water. "You look like you have the biggest headache in the world, am I right?"

"So right." Jungkook gulped down the pill with the water. "What happened yesterday? I can't remember anything.."

"You can't remember?" Taehyung asked surprised.

"Yes, did I do something stupid?"

"I'll tell you next time. Now get dressed." Taehyung calmly said.

"You make it look like I did something really bad. When is it going to be that next time?" Jungkook buried his head into the pillow and his words came out in a muffled sound.

"It will come someday. Now lift your ass from the bed and get ready for studying!" Taehyung chirped as he left Jungkook's room.

"I don't understand how can you do this every single day.." Jungkook groaned out as he finally managed to get himself out of the bed.

"I'm not feeling too well." Jungkook swirled when he and Taehyung were sitting in the bus.

"It's going to pass Jungkook. You drank so much yesterday, that you became wild!" Taehyung laughed out loud.

"Since we have like 10 minutes to go till we have to get out, why don't you tell me what happened yesterday?" Jungkook smirked.

"Aish, this boy... do you really want to know tho?" Taehyung asked as he leaned a bit closer to Jungkook's face.

"Yes. Now tell me." He nodded.

"Then come a bit closer. I don't want strangers to hear what I am about to tell you." Taehyung chuckled as he looked around. The bus was filled with people.

"Okay..?" Jungkook leaned towards his friend.

"Next time, Kook." Taehyung whispered in his ear. Jungkook moved away this time clearly annoyed.

"Fucking hell Taehyung! Tell me!" Jungkook yelled at him. Half people in the bus turned around to check where the sound was coming from. Jungkook's face flushed as he looked down. Taehyung chuckled as he playfully smacked Jungkook's head.

"Someday." Taehyung repeated and looked at Jungkook, who was already watching outside from the window. He was so pissed at Taehyung for always saying next time, next time. It was so irritating!

Taehyung looked away. "There is a reason Kook. Just deal with it."

Jungkook closed his eyes at that and rested his head on the window. "Whatever you say Tae." He mumbled.

Lectures ended with Jungkook stumbling out of his last class. He felt really really badly.

"Woah Jungkook, you okay?" Hoseok who walked behind him asked.

"Yeah." Jungkook unsurely nodded his head.

"You look like you might faint." Hoseok rushed in front to see Jungkook fully. He did look like he was going to faint. He had bags under his eyes and his face was pale. "God, you don't look so good Jungkook. For real."

"I'm okay hyung." Jungkook brushed him away. But one thing lead to another and Hoseok had to hurry. He grabbed the falling Jungkook by his shirt to prevent him to meet the ground. He still did but this time it wasn't that painful because of Hoseok.

"Jungkook? Hey, Jungkook!" Hoseok shook him by his shoulder but he didn't open his eyes. "Gosh..." he brushed his hair with his hand looking for help. It seemed like everyone had already left until he saw Yoongi and Namjoon walking down the hallway. They weren't really hisfriends, but he knew that they would help him. "Hey! Yoongi! Namjoon!" Hoseok waved towards their direction. They lifted their eyes from their phones. When they noticed Jungkook laying on the ground, they immediately rushed towards them.

"What happened??" Namjoon kneeled down.

"He fainted. I need help to get him to the nurse." Hoseok explained.

"Yeah, sure, let's do it." Yoongi nodded as he and Namjoon put each of Jungkook's arms around their shoulder. "Gosh he really didn't gain any consciousness yet.." he muttered as he and Namjoon carried Jungkook's heavy body towards the nurse.

When Jungkook opened his eyes the first thing he saw was Taehyung. He couldn't quite remember what happened, but he remembered that Hoseok was the person that was with him at that time.

But that thought quickly disappeared when he noticed how close Taehyung was.

"Oh Jungkook! You are awake.." Taehyung quickly moved away from Jungkook. "I was just going to check if you have any temperature.." he mumbled. Jungkook slowly nodded when he sat up as he leaned on his elbows. "And I still will do." Taehyung moved his hand towards Jungkook's forehead. Jungkook patiently waited for Taehyung's answer. Taehyung moved away and sighed. "It looks like you still have a bit of temperate. Your forehead is burning."

"Now you see that I can't go to parties."

"It's not that you can't go, it's just that you shouldn't get wasted." Taehyung chuckled.

"It's not my fault. By the way you were there, you should've stopped me."

"Ahh it was way too funny to stop you."

"What do you mean?" Jungkook asked.

"I'll tell you later, okay? I'm very tired." Taehyung started to stand up.

"No, Taehyung. Tell me now. You can sleep afterwards." Jungkook caught him by his sleeve and brought him back to his seat. "I'm tired of waiting. What are these things that you can't tell me?"

"Some of them are complicated Jungkook." Taehyung sighed. "You should just give up. I know that you don't want to hear those words."

"But I want to. Taehyung, please..." Jungkook pleaded.

"Sorry Kook. Maybe next time." Taehyung stood up and walked out from Jungkook's room.

Jungkook sighed. No matter what things Taehyung was keeping away from him, he's not going to give up.
