This is personally something I do, because as I depressed person this really helps. This may not work for everyone because deppression works differently for everyone
When I am having a bad time or depression is really trying to kick my ass
Usually depressed people may not eat or eat to much, sleep to much or sleep to less, or go days without showering.
So I just take baby steps to eating regularly, sleeping regularly, showers everyday, take care of myself.
At first, doing this was hard, obviously.
So I first when I woke up, I would lay for a bit and set a goal for myself, like I will get up, and go eat some cereal or whatever, and do everyday things, but stay inside.
So I kept doing that, waking up laying for a bit, until I had to go to the bathroom or wanted some food, and once I did that, I just did productive things, like writing, reading, playing with my cat, just simple things, that you can do at home.
And then I encouraged myself to go take a shower or bath, and I would play music, or make a bubble bath for myself or even have a bath bomb.
Basically doing little things like that for yourself, really makes you feel better.
Then, I started to get out of the house, taking baby steps of course, to treating my self better, like walking around the neighborhood with friends or just hanging out.
I feel so much better, doing those things are hard, trust me, especially when you are always tired and exhausted
Remember don't push yourself, but still try.
Also, the NUMBER ONE THING is that you do things YOU want to do, not what OTHERS want YOU to do, ok fren
Stay alive you wonderful bitches. |-/
