Max: I've assembled a team of the best doctors in the world on my payroll to help the baby.

Aniyah: Where is Tyrell. Where is Tyrell! Where is Tyrell! Where is Tyrell!

Saniyah: She's been repeating that for the past hour . But the doctors are arriving.

Chris: I need you guys to do whatever it takes to protect my nephew.

Dr. Hepburn: I will do everything in my power to help your son.

I was sitting in the shop completely loss as to how Destiny and the Brady Bunch beat me . How did they even know this man existed. No matter how hard I tried I could never succeed. Then it hit me, the only way to succeed was to get a confession out of Destiny's family. Finding dirt on them wasn't going to be enough I needed something they would go to war for I needed something that would turn their attention all the way to me. Elijah has a daughter named Hope

if I took her they would do whatever it takes to get her back. I hated the idea of involving a child especially one that young but they started this one they decided to kidnap my wife and three month old babies.

Donald: Diaz how are you down there in Iowa.

Agent Diaz: Im really getting nowhere this lead was a dead end to be honest sir. Im waiting on security camera feeds to come back. As a matter fact sir thats them I'm about to watch them right now.

Donald: Tell me everything you see.

Agent Diaz: Sir he's driving a black 2017 Mercedes Benz . License plate number is SEK9014 He's headed to Kansas.

Donald: Get on the company jet and get to Kansas as so as possible.

Dr. Hepburn: Who is the mother or father of this child?

Aniyah: I am.

Dr. Hepburn: Sometimes throwing up blood is normal but the amount your son is throwing up was not normal so I ran a few tests and your son has a rare case of Pyloric Stenosis.

Aniyah: What is that?

Dr. Hepburn: Pyloric stenosis occurs most often in babies under six months. In this condition, the pylorus muscles block food from entering the small intestine. It occurs more often in males.
Pyloric stenosis can lead to forceful vomiting, dehydration, and weight loss. Babies with this condition may seem to always be hungry.

Aniyah: That makes a lot of sense because the only time Tyler isn't eating is to take a break so Skylar can eat. How do you fix this?

Dr. Hepburn: Pyloric Stenosis can be fixed with surgery ma'am. Pyloric stenosis does not get better by itself and must be corrected with an operation. The operation is called a "pyloromyotomy" where the surgeon cuts through the muscle fibers of enlarged pyloric muscle in order to widen the opening into the intestine. Prior to the operation, your child will be admitted to the hospital for intravenous fluids. Feedings will be held temporarily and restarted after the operation. A blood sample will be taken to check for dehydration and electrolyte abnormalities. Electrolytes measure the amount of sodium, potassium, carbon dioxide and chloride in the blood. The surgeon will schedule the operation as soon as the infant's electrolyte levels are normal and the dehydration is corrected. This may take a day of treatment with intravenous fluids. A pyloromyotomy can be done using a small telescope and two miniature instruments through several small bandaid sized incisions, or it can be done through a very small incision on the abdomen. The operation usually takes about an hour.
