Chinmay Fanfic- Spa Treatment

Chapter 1

*Jinmay's PoV*

It's a bright and lovely day in Shuggazoom City, and we're in the Super Robot just chilling out. I'm helping out with a few things, while the rest of the team's doing their own things. Gibson was fixing up a few things in the Robot, Sparx and Otto were playing video games together, and Antauri and Nova were in the training room. On the other hand, Chiro was in his bedroom, but I've been noticing something about him, and I've been kind of worried about it.

Lately, there has been a ton of stuff going on. Chiro and the Robot Monkeys have recently gotten back from space, but I feel as if Chiro seems a bit stressed right now. He's been working really hard with his job as the leader of the Hyperforce, and he seems to be exhausted from everything that's been happening.

Just then, I see Chiro coming into the main area. "Hey there, you guys...," he spoke in a bit of a stressed tone.

"Chiro..." I respond as I walk up to him, "... I feel as if you've been pretty stressed lately, is everything alright?"

He then stated, "Yeah, I'm fine... it's just that I haven't been getting a lot of sleep lately and a lot has been on my mind."

"Why not?" I question to him, "What's been running through your mind?

"Even though Skeleton King's gone..." he begins, "...there are still other threats in Shuggazoom we have to worry about, and with being the leader and all that, it's been pretty stressful lately. So those thoughts have been keeping me up at night..."

"I see..." I comment. I continue talking by questioning, "Hey, can I ask you something?"

"What is it?" He responds.

"How about you maybe take a break from being leader today and hang out with me somewhere in Shuggazoom?" I ask him.

"Well where were you planning on going?" he replies.

"I was thinking maybe the spa if that's ok with you," I reply back. "It may help reduce your stress!"

"I'm not really sure... What about the team? Won't they need us?" questions Chiro.

Just then, Sparx comments, "Don't worry, kid, we'll take care of everything while you two are gone."

Antauri, who came out of the training room with Nova a minute ago overhearing our conversation, adds, "Correct, I believe you two deserve a much needed break."

Chiro thinks about it for a minute or two, then he makes his decision and answers with a slight smile, "Alright," which also put a bit of a smile on my face.

As soon as Chiro agreed, we switched from our Hyperforce outfits to our casual ones. After that, we went and got ready for our day off, and then we headed out. Right after we leave, Sparx responds, "Have fun and enjoy yourselves, you two," while giving Chiro a pat on the back.

We reply with, "We will!" We then leave for the spa as the Monkeys wave good bye to us.
