Chinmay Fanfic- Spa Treatment

Chapter 2

As we were walking to the spa, we were also talking about what we had planned for our day off.

"So...", Chiro speaks, "...about this spa, I never knew Shuggazoom even had one."

I reply, "Oh, it's a fairly new place! It opened up while you and the rest of the team were out in space."

"Oh, alright then," he replies back, who then questions, "What kind of things do you have booked for our appointments, Jinmay?"

"I scheduled us quite a few treatments," I reply to him. "They offer things such as facials and massages, in which I signed us up for."

"Those do sound quite nice," he responds, as I then nod in agreement.

"And I thought another thing we could do is relax in the sauna for the remainder of the time."

"It sounds like you have quite the day planned for us, Jinmay!" he responds back.

I say cheerfully, "Yep!" slightly giggling. "This day should be pretty swell for the both of us!"

"Yeah, hopefully..", he replies.

Just then, I notice the spa from a few blocks away. "It looks like we're here now!" I exclaim. By the time we reach our destination, I open the door and we walk in.

The place had a very beautiful interior and was quite well-designed; The atmosphere of it seemed very pleasing and calm as well.

"Greetings, you two, and welcome to Shuggazoom Spa!" one of the workers greets us as she's walking behind the counter.

"Hello there!" We greet back.

"Do you two happen to have an appointment scheduled here today?" she asks.

"Oh, yes we do!" I reply back.

"Oh how wonderful!" She exclaims as she hands us each a clipboard and pen and says, "Now, we'd appreciate it if you two filled out these forms, for any preferences, health concerns, or anything else."

We go ahead and fill out the forms. After we supplied the information for our appointment, we hand them back to the lady.

"Thank you, you two!" She says joyfully. "Your appointments will begin shortly, please have a seat in our waiting lounge," she adds.

For the next few minutes, we sit down patiently in the waiting room. I notice a basket on a table next to us with a few magazines in it, so I proceed to grab one and read it while waiting. I take a glance at Chiro, who still seems quite stressed, as he lets out a slight sigh.

"Everything will be fine, just take it easy," I say to him putting my hand on his shoulder trying to get him at ease.

"I'll try," he replies.

Just then, one of the workers comes up with two pairs of robes and slippers and hands one to each of us. "Here you are, you two," she says, "Your appointment will begin in less than a half hour, I advise you two to wash up and get ready before then."

"Alright!" I say, putting the magazine I was reading back in the basket it was originally in. We both get up and head in to the changing areas, so we can soon be ready for our appointment.
