Today's the day.
Jackson doesn't even feel nervous.
He feels...empty.
He didn't sleep at all last night. Mark filled his thoughts instead. He shouldn't have been this harsh, but again, Mark shouldn't have made such a big deal of it.
The exhibition goes well. He is again congratulated for his wonderful moves, and nails the choreography. He dances mechanically, but still gets offered a chance to the dance competition in a week.
He misses the emotion Mark could give him.
