Chapter 1: Meeting New Friends!

When I got downstairs my Mom saw that I was awake and ready for the day. She walked over to me and stopped when she was standing in front of me.

Mom/Mrs.Suki:Morning, Yara! You sure slept well! All rested up from the move?

I nodded in response.

Me:Yup! I sure am Mom!

Mom/Ms.Suki: It's about time you got going! Why don't you step out and say hello to the neighbors?

Me:okay Mom.

After I said that Mom went and walked back to our kitchen. I walked over to the front door, opening it and stepping outside and closing the door behind myself.

When I closed the door behind me I saw a boy with black medium length hair, back wide frame sunglasses, two-tone bag in black, a red outdoor cap, a blue zipped jacket, black short boots, brown eyes, and blue skinny jeans.

There was a little girl with black medium length hair the same color as the boy, same brown eyes, and wore a yellow sports cap with a yellow artificial flower pin, a yellow tote bag, orange scalloped skirt, white riding boots, white knee socks, and a pale pink scarf top which the scarf was orange.

The final person was a girl who looked the same age as I do. She had platinum blonde hair, blue eyes, white wide frame sunglasses, a pale pink ribbon purse, white jean shorts, a pale pink felt hat, pink high tops, white knee socks, and a pink striped tank top.

The three of them turned to face me when they heard the door open and close.

Carl: Welcome to Vaniville Town! The name's Carl. I live next door.

Calla: And I'm Calla! I'm Carl's younger sister and I also live next door!

Espérer: Espérer.

Carl: Sorry about Espérer, she didn't trust people easily. She's nicer once she trusts you.

Me: It's fine. I'm Yara and I just moved here with my Mom. It's nice to meet all of you!

Calla hops up and down happily while chapping her hands, smiling in happiness.

Calla: Yay! I'm so happy that you think that it's nice to meet us! It's nice to meet you too Yara!

Calla suddenly gasps like she just remembered something.

Calla: Oh, I just remembered! Yard, guess what! We come to get you!

Yara: Get me for what?

Carl: The renowned Professor Sycamore lives here in the Kalos region. I heard he has a task for seven kids, including us except Calla. But I'm surprised he knows who you are. You did just move to Vaniville, after all.

Espérer nodded in agreement with Carl.

Me: Wait, why isn't Calla one of the seven?

Carl: She's not old enough to get her first Pokemon yet.

Me: That makes sense

Calla: We'll be waiting for you in the next town over! And guess what?! You three are gonna get...a Pokemon each! Come on you three! Quickly! Lets a go!

Then Calla turned around, grabbing Carl's left wrist after he turned around and started half dragging him as she started running. Espérer turned around and started to run after them. I was super excited after Calla said that I was going to get a Pokemon! My very own Pokemon! I started to run, almost running into the flowers in a curbed thing in front of my house before turning right, quickly stopping and turning right yet again and started running down the road leading to the next town over. My Pokemon journey was about to start!

Hallo my readers! I hope you liked the first chapter. I'm sorry if my chapters ate somewhat short but it's a lot of work to type everything. I use a phone so it's even more effort to do. I do my best at each chapter and if anyone's confused about this if you expected this to go off of the Pokemon X and Y and Pokemon X, Y, and Z, it's not. This book basses off of the Pokemon Y game. So I hope you readers liked it!
