"You bitch you made Aiden break up with me." Jade said with a look of pure hatred.

Once I stopped seeing stars I was able to see Jade clearly.

"What the hell are you talking about?" I snapped back in confusion.

"What am I taking about?" Jade said laughing a little.

I think she is crazy.

"I mean Aiden broke up with me because of you!" Jade whisper-yelled.

"Why would he do that?"

"It doesn't matter Jasmine, watch your back."

I can't really say much happened the rest of my time at school. Other than the obvious fact I was avoiding Jade and Aiden.

I walked through the door of my house to the pleasant smell of my mom's cooking and then closed the door behind me.

"I'm home!" I hollered out to my parents.

"I'm in the kitchen!" My mom hollered back.

"Do you want lunch?" Mom asked, although I don't even know why she is asking. I know she would give me the plate she has already prepared for me because that's just who she is.

"Yes," I said grabbing a plate she had just prepared for me.

My dad used to work in a very popular business with Aiden's dad but he ended up being laid off.

That's how Aiden and I met, our parents worked together and Aiden's family through a party and invited my family.

Since my dad has been laid off my mom took a job as a chef and has been working there for years now. She really loves it and she has always loved cooking.

I went and sat at the table with my dad and my mom soon sat down at the table with us.

"How was your day?" Mom asked with a smile.

"It was the same as usual." I said taking a big bight of my sandwich.

"I have great news." Dad said with a smile sitting up straight in his chair and looked at me and my mom happily.

"What is it?" Mom and I asked in unison.

"I just got off the phone with the business I used to work for and they asked me to come back." Dad said with a smile.

"Really?" Mom smiled.

"Yes, they want me to start on Monday."

Mom and I hugged my dad, excited that he'd got his job back.

My dad got laid off 4 years ago and we ended up losing all of our money, that's why my mom decided to get a job.

"We should go to dinner tomorrow and celebrate." Mom smiled happily.

"We should invite Aiden's parents, they're the one's that helped me get my job back." Dad said.

"How did Aiden's parents help you get your job back?" I asked.

"Apparently Aiden's dad has been talking to the owner of the business and convinced him that they haven't been doing as well without me."

"I'll call them," Mom said getting up.

I ate the rest of my food and then went to bed.

The Next Morning

I woke up and got ready for school. I roamed my closet trying to look my best for the day. I picked out my skinny jeans with a pink shirt. I put on my sneakers then straightened my hair, I decided I looked good enough to go to school.
